Company description We offer one day trips and live aboards from our private jetty.
Shark`s Bay diving center has everything a divers heart desires. 40 sets of equipment and 12 Litre aluminium tanks. A big space to rinse and dry your diving stuff and a safe place to leave it between the dives. Mohamed Hassan, the smily man on the counter is helping you with all your questions and will make sure that your diving holiday with us will be unforgetable.
On our house reef you find groupers, napoleon fish, jacks, baracudas, moray eels and all kinds of colourful coralfish. In spring the Mantas are coming to our bay and you are able to snorkel and dive with them.
In the night the place turns into a lion fish meeting point, for exciting night dives. Our guides and instructors are diving since many years in the area. We, the Shark`s Bay family, love the Red Sea and are always enjoying the peculiarity of the Sinai sea. Every season has it`s different attractions.We are proud to have the private jetty in our bay. Other diving centers are not that lucky and have to waste a lot of holiday time of their guests because of transfers. Our jetty is situated really perfect, we are only 40 minutes away from one of the best dive sites the Strait of Tiran That`s why we are the first ones on this unique diving area, this is diving away from the crowd. Especially these days a big goal.
Our daily boat the FREEDOM I is a history in Sharm el Sheikh. The skipper ABU SINA is one of the best in the area and he knows the Straits of Tiran inside out. 15 years he`s bringing our divers out there and more than happy back after a days diving. In the lagoons or on quiet spots we do our lunchbreak.
You would like to learn how to dive? We are happy to teach you! Our experienced instructors are teaching to PADI or SSI standards in almost all languages. The house reef is ideal for taking your first breath underwater and it`s very easy to just walk down the beach and go for training dives where you will meet already the first colorful fish. For most of the courses we guarantee a minimum of one day on the boat and not more than 5 students in one group. Our diving school has a fully equipped classroom, but we often like to teach outside in the sun, so that you`ll get a nice suntan. All the courses are finalized with a international recognized diving license.
If you have never experienced the magic of the underwater world yourself, an INTRODUCTORY DIVE with one of our instructors will be the highlight of your holiday. It can be done on our house reef or from the boat. An unforgettable experience.
CHILDREN COURSE possible from 10 years onwards. In a childfriendly way kids can learn how to dive.
OPEN WATER BEGINNER COURSE takes 4 to 5 days and leads you through the basics of diving. Academics, training dives in shallow water and open water dives are part of this course.
ADVANCED OPEN WATER COURSE takes 2 days and includes 5 dives, such as deep dive, night dive, navigation dive, drift dive...
RESCUE COURSE runs for 3 days and is showing you in theory and practice how to handle diving incidents or self rescue. Requirement is a completed PADI Emergency First Response course (or equivalent) with CPR, not older than 6 month.
EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE COURSE takes 1 day and includes all medical first aid practices and CPR.
DIVE MASTER COURSE is the first step to be a professional diver. You need a minimum of 2 weeks and if you like to work in the diving industry you should spend at least 4 weeks to become a Dive Master. Shark`s Bay instructors will teach you precisely how to become a professional.
You come as a guest and you leave as a friend.
Location description: The Red Sea and especially the area around Sharm el Sheikh present itself for all diving levels as the perfect territory. If you like to learn how to dive or experience the first breath under water here`s the place.
Another attraction is the desert of Sinai with it`s mountains and wadis an impressive day out in the silence. We the Shark`s Bay family will do everything to make your holiday
unforgetable that you will come again year after year to enjoy your stay
with us.
Our private beach is already worth a travel: quiet, marvellous view and last but not least a beautiful house reef with the best conditions for snorkelers and divers.You will live direct on the beach in our huts in three different categories cosy and friendly that`s Shark`s Bay.
Where you have a chance to do some snorkeling or relax in the
sun; also for your non diving family members an exciting day out on the sea. Our daily trips are also leaving to the National Park of Ras Mohamed with it `s unique reefs where we find steep walls and caverns, famous for the outstanding colours and huge schools of fish such as snappers, baracudas, bat fish and jacks. The coast line offers lots of beautiful coral gardens with wide fan coral spots.
