Company description We have 3 dive centres:
*Kuredu ProDivers
Kuredu ProDivers is a PADI 5-Star Instructor Development Center located in the northern part of Lhaviyani atoll. We offer PADI diving courses on all levels from the first steps of a beginner up to and above professional instructor level. For the certified diver we offer a wide variety of diving possibilities with more than 40 dive sites located nearby and superb diving conditions. Our team of 13-18 instructors will do their utmost to give you your best diving experience ever.
The Dive Center is equipped with five electrical compressors and a workshop with necessary spare parts and tools. Store and rinse your dive gear in our large equipment room, complete with three water basins and hangers for equipment and wet suits. We have more than 400 Air and Nitrox tanks and 95 regulators & BCD`s for the use of our students and guests. For those of you with private equipment we will provide weights and weight belts.
Our shop is stocked with diving equipment and accessories as well as clothing from IQ Company and our own PRODIVERS collection.
In our videolab you can have your own personal diving DVD made by us, a professional production edited with logos and music to take home as a memory of your diving holiday.
We teach NRC/PADI Nitrox and Rebreather Courses and we have 6 Dräger Dolphin and Ray Rebreathers for courses and certified rebreather divers. Nitrox diving is always without additional cost for all Nitrox certified divers!
*Komandoo ProDivers
On Komandoo Island Resort in Lhaviyani atoll you will find the latest ProDivers dive center. Komandoo ProDivers is a PADI 5-Star Dive Center and offers the possiblity of an excellent diving holiday. We offer modern equipment, excellent facilities and a variety of dive courses. In our shop you can buy accessories and spare parts, clothing and swimwear from IQ Company as well as the NEW PRODIVERS collection.
The dive center is well equipped with modern diving gear and support equipment that consists of Bauer compressors, aluminium tanks, Mares regulators with octopus and console and SeaQuest Spectrum 4 BCDs. Hartenberger Lamps, Suunto computers, wet suits, backpacks, adapters and suchlike are available for those who may need them to complete their equipment. Digital Sny cameras and a Sony video camera in underwater housings are also available for rental. In our equipment room we provide a fresh water basin for rinsing your dive gear.
*Vakarufalhi ProDivers
Vakarufalhi ProDivers is a PADI 5-Star Dive Center and is well equipped with modern diving gear and support equipment. This includes Bauer compressors, 10 and 12 liter aluminium tanks with DIN/INT adapters, Mares regulators with octopus and console and SeaQuest BCD`s. Lamps, Aladin air and nitrox computers, 3mm wet suits, backpacks, adapters and suchlike are available for those who may need these to complete their equipment. Sea & Sea underwater cameras are available for rent. And we offer E6 slide developing so the photographer can immediately view his pictures. There is a storage room in the dive center for your private equipment where fresh water is provided for rinsing.
The resort has an excellent house reef located only 15 metres from the beach. Look out for schools of snappers, soldier fish, and batfish. The house reef is frequented by stingrays, sharks and turtles and it is very likely that you come across them while snorkelling or diving. Independent diving and night diving on the house reef is available every day.
All our diving education is conducted within the PADI standards and courses are available in German, English, French and Italian. PADI Scuba Diver and Open Water Diver starts weekly. Advanced Open Water Diver, Rescue Diver, Medical First Aid, Divemaster and specialty courses such as Shark Specialty, Drift Diver, Equipment Specialist, Underwater Naturalist are available on request.
Location description: The diving on our coral reefs is unique due to the variety of dives sites and especially the narrow atoll channnels nearby. Located far away from civilization and the fact that tourism is new in the area compared to the rest of the Maldives makes this a divers paradise. Lhaviyani atoll is the only atoll in the Maldives where you can dive two very nice wrecks on the same dive.
We are diving more than 40 dive sites located within 10 - 60 minutes boat trip from the island. We dive caves, walls, deep or shallow, drift dives in channels or calm dives on the house reef. There are boat excursions 3 to 5 times daily with up to 10 boats and guided night dives several times a week. Full day excursions, two tank dives and special boats trips are arranged on a regular basis.

2. Madivaru Kandu
Channel crossing 70 min
Depth: 5 - 30 m. Lens: W
Big game fish, eagle rays and large schools of Jack fish.
3. Felivaru Outreef
Drop off / Caves. 60 min.
Depth: 5 - 30 m. Lens: W
Steep drop off on the outreef with large caves and overhangs.
4. Felivaru Kandu
Channelreef. 60 min.
Depth: 5 - 30 m. Lens: W
Sandy channel with possibility of big game fish and eagle rays.
5. The Shipyard
Channelreef / Wreck. 60 min.
Depth: 0 - 30 m. Lens: M, CU or W
Skipjack 1 and 2, both wrecks offering an abundance of fish life and soft corals.
6. Gavirifaru Outreef / Corner
Drop off. 55 min.
Depth: 5 - 25 m. Lens: W
Steep drop off on the outreef with caves at 25m. Closer to the channel a sand terrace at 25m.
7. Gavirifaru Kandu
Channelcrossing, Thila. 55 min.
Depth: 5 - 25 m. Lens: W
2 Thila’s in the channel. They are inhabited by a variety of small fish and different kinds of soft corals.
8. Hinnavaru Outreef
Drop off 45 min.
Depth: 5 - 25 m. Lens: CU or W
Steep outreef with caves and over-hangs.The caves have an amazing abundance of soft corals in and around the caves.
9. Komandoo House Reef
Inner reef. 40 min.
Depth: 5 - 20 m. Lens: M or CU
Shallow housereef. Different types of reef fish are found amongst the Staghorn corals.
10. Medufaru Outreef / Corner
Drop Off 35 min.
Depth: 5 - 30 m. Lens: CU or W
Steep drop off to a terrace on 25m. Many red tooth trigger fish, napoleons and possibility of turtles and game fish.
11. Kudadu House Reef
Inner reef. 30 min.
Depth: 3 - 20 m. Lens: CU or M
Shallow reef with many anemones and table corals.
12. Kudadu Kandu
Channelcrossing. 30 min.
Depth: 5 - 25 m. Lens: W
Sandy channel offering wide range of game fish.
14. Kahlifushifaru Corner
Channelreef oceanside. 25 min.
Depth: 5 - 25 m. Lens: CU or W
A corner with soft corals and large coral blocks. Many cleaner stations on the top reef.
