| Paradise Island with its 260 bungalows is one of the most luxurious hotels in the Maldives. It takes 15 minutes by speedboat to get to this 5 star hotel in North Male` Atoll. You`ll find here whatever you prefer: peace and relaxation or animation, all kind of sports and nightlife. The Dutch supervised Delphis Diving Center at Paradise Island offers numerous opportunities for experienced divers and beginners alike. Depending on theseason there are 8 to 12 instructors speaking Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Japanese. Delphis - Paradise can offer you courses according to PADI standards up to instructor level at attractive prices. Every day we start beginner courses in small groups of not more than 5 persons - for safety reasons and to ensure personal attention. Delphis Diving has a policy to keep the diving groups as small as possible, which means that in an average dive the group will consist of maximum 6 persons with the same level while a night dive is limited to 5 divers. Beginners have the possibility to try scuba diving 15 minutes free of charge, under the supervision of an instructor. The minimum age for diving courses with a certificate is 10 years. Children from 8 years on can make scuba dives as a PADI Bubblemaker! Delphis Diving also has snorkelling-equipment for rental for your snorkelling expeditions to other islands or to visit our beautiful house reef.
