The Loughton Leisure Centre, The Hornchurch Sportcentre & The Fullwell Cross pool are ideal for fitness training, snorkelling, scuba diving or just meeting up with friends. Club membership gives you free use of these facilities during club sessions, free equipment hire, including air, priority bookings on Sublime 5* escorted holidays and 15% discount on courses & equipment hire.

Location description: We provide following courses:
Try Dive
DISCOVER SCUBA DIVING. If you have never tried Scuba Diving, or if you would just like to learn more. Why not take part in one of our Discover Scuba Diving, (Try Dive) sessions for adults or children aged from 10 years or Bubblemaker sessions for children aged from 8 years. These sessions cost just £15 (Normally £25) Everything is included, just bring your swimming costume, towel and a smile.
Scuba Diver
PADI SCUBA DIVER. This course gives you a limited SCUBA certification which will allow you to dive up to 12m, under PADI Instructor supervision. The course consists of 3 to 4 pool dives (the referral option) and 2 Open Water dives. These qualifying dives can be completed on your Next Holiday or can be taken here in England at Stoney Cove. The course is suitable for adults and children aged from 10 to 80.
Open Water Diver
PADI OPEN WATER DIVER. This course gives you a full certification that allows you to dive up to a depth of 18m without supervision. The course consists of 5 to 6 pool dives (the referral option) and 4 Open Water dives. These qualifying dives can be completed on your Next Holiday or can be taken here in England at Stoney Cove. The course is suitable for adults and children aged from 10 to 80.
Adventure Diver & Advanced O/W Diver See also Scuba Review & Refresher sessions
PADI ADVENTURE DIVER & ADVANCED OPEN WATER DIVER. These courses allow you to dive where only divers with advanced training can. By going beyond Open Water Diver you can Learn additional skills specific to your interests. Be more confident in and around the water. Continue to develop your dive skills and better understand the aquatic world.
Emergency First Response
MEDIC FIRST AID - Now EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE. This Course gives you the tools you need to perform CPR and First Aid. Whether you`re a diver or a non-diver, Emergency First Response prepares you to properly handle potentially life-threatening situations. No dive certification required and no minimum age limit.
Rescue Diver
PADI RESCUE DIVER. This course is probably the most fun, it is designed for advanced divers who are comfortable with their diving and wish to build on their abilities. Firstly your attention is focused on developing stronger self rescue skills. With stronger self rescue skills you are ready to learn how to help prevent problems occurring to other divers.
Divemaster
PADI DIVE MASTER - GO PRO. Take the first step in your dive career and become a PADI Divemaster. This course is designed to bring your supervisory and organisational skills up to a level that will make you a valued member of a professional dive team. You will also develop your theoretical knowledge to a level sufficient to become a PADI Instructor.
PADI OPEN WATER INSTRUCTOR. This rating sets you apart from the crowd. PADI Instructors may conduct the entire range of PADI programs - from Discover Scuba through to Divemaster.
