Company description Scubatech is a family run business located in the St Pauls Bay area of Malta. The company was set up over ten years ago and since then we have catered for the growing needs of thousands of divers. We aim to give a professional service to anyone who dives, from the complete beginner to the most experienced technical diver. Above all we pride ourselves on our continued commitment to safety and providing the service you would expect to have from a family run business. All our equipment is regularly serviced to the highest standards ensuring the highest possible levels of safety.
For many people the first trial dive leaves them well and truly hooked. Many decide to pursue this sport further by taking a certification course that will enable them to qualify as a competent diver.
The courses are as exciting as they are fun and consist of a structured programme of theory, practical and open water dives during which the students learn how to use SCUBA equipment.
Courses vary slightly in duration but all lead to the award of an International Diving Certificate, the possession of which enables the diver to buy or rent equipment and enjoy diving anywhere around the world. For the experienced diver a full range of Advanced and Specialty Courses are available.
Here at Scubatech we give you the opportunity to enter underwater world. Our experienced instructors will make your introduction to the underwater real a safe and truly unforgettable experience.
Location description: Maltese archipelago offers what is undoubtedly one of the best diving locations in Europe, for both the novice and experienced diver. Clear Azure waters harbour a profusion of marine life. Couple this with startling seascapes, ranging from underwater caves to wrecks, it is hardly surprising that Malta is regarded as a year round mecca for divers. Yet diving aside, with its balmy Mediterranean climate, historic struggles, rich cultural heritage and lively night life, Malta has much to offer as an ideal resort for all the family with the opportunity to enjoy a truly unique and fun packed holiday.
With its rocky covers, underwater caves, grottos and drop-offs, as well as a generous scattering of World War Two wrecks, the Maltese islands a wide range of dive sites to the experienced diver. With a sea temperature that even during the winter months rarely falls below 15C, Malta offers year round diving for the enthusiastic wishing to participate in our accompanied dives. These include frequent boat trips to the deep and impressive waters surrounding Gozo and Comino.
