Company description Metalsub is a Dutch manufacturer of precision scuba diving equipment and the European marketleader in tank Quick Release Systems and HID lamp technology.
We utilize computer controlled machining techniques to ensure the highest quality in all of our products. All Metalsub products are made exclusively with marine grade aluminium and other seawaterproof materials so they can be used in the most severe diving conditions.
All aluminium parts are anodized in accordance with American Military Standard MIL-A-8625-E type 3 class 2 and the coating is impregnated with Teflon. Metalsub products are sold to government organizations such as the military, fire departments and police agencies for search and rescue and special operations. Metalsub products are also very popular with sport/tech divers and commercial divers. Metalsub products are made with extreme care and precision, we take pride in producing the best products for our demanding customers. After assembly is complete all diving lights and battery tanks are pressure tested to 250 meters (825 feet of seawater) in Metalsub’s own hyperbaric chamber before the product is shipped to you the customer.

*METALSUB LIGHTS
The metalsub lights are products developed through long experience in the diving community and they are manufactured with the latest advanced technology. The light weight metal housing with a chemical hardened surface layer makes the torches useable for sport and technical divers under any circumstances.
The diving light has a separate battery pack which can be mounted on the bottle or BCD. The cable light is connected on the battery pack with a specially developed connector attached to a long cable. The battery pack connection on the jacket or bottle is a invention on its own and easy to use. Our torches are guaranteed to a maximum depth of 100 meter/ 330 feet.
*BATTERYTANKS
The tank plate can be easily mounted by looping the BCD belt through the slots in the plate (figure). The tank plate can also be clipped to the cylinder with the aid of stainless steel hoseclips.
*CHARGERS
*Quick Release Systems
With the Pony Bottle Quick-Release System, the pony cylinder can be coupled to the main air cylinder quickly and easily. Half of the system is permanently attached to the pony cylinder, while the other half is secured to the backpack belt of the stabilising jacket. This half can also be secured by way of two stainless steel clips These clips have been given a protective rubber layer. By pushing in a spring-loaded locking pin with the thumb, the bottles are connected/disconnected. The bottle holder plates come with rubber strips to provide a better grip on the air cylinders. The light-weight metal has been given a seawater-proof coating.
