Company description With a choice of 2 PADI 5* IDC centers Diving Costa del Sol group is geared to make your diving experience the best. Within the group of dive centers you have the first ever being NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC dive center in Spain. Whether it be preparing for your PADI Instructor or Open Water Diver course, selecting an item of dive equipment, booking a dive holiday or simply wanting to join us on our daily fun dives either location can provide friendly, helpful and efficient service.
There is no other dive company with the skill and ability to give you such a choice of Mediterranean diving as the centers of the Diving Costa Del Sol group. All dive centers are PADI 5 Star Gold Palm Resorts und PADI 5 Star IDC Centers.
Some words about each centre.
*Happy Divers Marbella
This PADI 5* Gold Palm Resort and 5* IDC Center and the first ever NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC dive center in Spain. It is run by Peter Deth since 1996. This NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC dive center joins the PADI - NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC VIP dive center club as its first member in Spain. The Dive Center is open the year round, and is well stocked with scuba equipment for rent. The shop on-site has many other dive related items for sale. The Resort is a full service facility and offers a full range of courses from Seal Team for kids, Discover Scuba Diving to Career Development. Daily diving brings you to the stunning dive sites between Marbella and Estepona and the sites around Gibraltar and/ or Tarifa.
*Happy Divers Gibraltar
This PADI 5 Star Gold Palm Resort and 5* IDC Center with a fantastic view of the impressive rock of Gibraltar and to the Moroccan coast. Happy Diver`s shop stocked with a range of diving accessories.
Dive center and resort are only a short distance away to the well known dive sites around Gibraltar and the Strait of Gibraltar. It is situated ideally for beginners and experienced divers. Happy Divers Gibraltar is a full service facility with the training
pool right on-hand and the sea only a short stroll away where shore diving is popular. Here the center has use of the hotel
beach where you can snorkel to a nearby reef – also very popular with beginners and not so experienced divers ! A full range of courses from try-dives to career development is waiting, that you take the chance.
We also have IDC-College.
IDC College is specialized on PADI PRO training. This includes different internship options, Divemaster training, IDC & IE, a complete program on Specialty Instructor training and various Career Development Programs. Furthermore PADI Europe is doing the Instructor Examinations at Happy Divers & IDC College because it is the only PADI IE location in southern Spain. In addition it is the first ever National Geographic dive center in Spain and joins the PADI – National Geographic VIP dive center club as its first member.
Together with the 2 cooperating dive centers this Resort is a full service facility and offers a full range of courses from Seal Team for kids, Discover Scuba Diving to Career Development. The highest PADI 5* IDC training quality and strict environmental standards of National Geographic are guaranteed. Daily diving brings you to the stunning dive sites between Marbella - Estepona and the sites around Gibraltar and/ or Tarifa.
