The courses are conducted at our purpose built diver training facility in the Marina Rubicon harbour, which features a multimedia classroom and a training pool for the first confined water sessions.
Rubicon Diving can take you even further into the world of scuba diving offering certified divers Advanced, Rescue, Divemaster, assistant instructor, Instructor and many speciality certifications.
We also offer a wide range of specialities & technical diving, from open water scuba to closed circuit rebreather. This is your one stop shop in the Canary islands.

We are the largest modern facility on the island of Lanzarote. We are based in one of Europe´s nicest marinas, with a state of the art multimedia classroom, washrooms with hot showers and lockers for your comfort and a private training pool.
Coffee and mineral water is available all day free of charge.
Our shop is fully stocked with the latest equipment, including brands such as ScubaPro and Aqualung. We also have a full service facility for these brands.
We have an all inclusive pricing policy ensuring you a relaxed, memorable and safe diving experience.
We offer a pickup and drop off service for no additional cost and can arrange your travel requirements from airport pickup to hotel accommodation and car rental.
We are your one stop shop for Open Water to Closed Circuit Rebreathers, with Nitrox Membrane and Nitrox for Free.
There are no equipment transfers as our boats moor directly alongside the centre giving easy access. Size is no object as we have gear to fit all, from the largest among us to the smallest, right down to equipment specifically designed for children from 8 years.
We cater for all divers needs, from basic to technical, children to pensioner. No one need be excluded, and if you are a family, bring the children and we will look after them whilst you dive, alternatively we can teach them to follow in your footsteps. We are also disabled diver friendly.
We offer rental of dive computers and digital underwater cameras, so you need not worry about being left behind in the technical stakes!
On the safety side, we are a Member of the Lanzarote Dive Centre Association (ASBULAN) and have a contract with the Hyberbaric Chamber in Arrecife and all our staff are fully qualified and experienced.
We have two modern fully equipped dive boats to take you to the dive sites in comfort. Both boats are skippered by a professional skipper and have full emergency medical supplies.

The Catamaran will take you further afield to visit the wrecks at Puerto del Carmen or the Marine Reserve at Lobos Island & la Graciosa.

Our highly qualified and experienced Instructors and Divemasters will guide you through your dives and ensure you a safe and enjoyable underwater adventure so that you will not miss any of the excellent features of the dive site.
The fantastic volcanic Reefs of Lanzarote are a natural wonder. Its ecosystem supports a great concentration of life with almost daily encounters with rays, groupers, barracudas and angel sharks!
Water temperature ranges from 18° to 25° Celsius allowing comfortable diving all year round. The visibility is usually between 30 and 50 metres. A truly spectacular and unique place to learn!
Kids Programs:
Bubblemaker
Kids - bring your parents diving! For young adventurers like you, the Bubblemaker program is an introduction to the thrill of breathing underwater. If you`re eight or nine years of age, now is your chance to take the plunge with a PADI Instructor and go pool diving.
Whether it`s a glass of milk, bubble gum or submerged beneath the surface - you can`t help blowing bubbles! So try blowing bubbles our way.
The PADI Seal Team
The PADI Seal Team, is a program for children eight years of age and older that keeps kids diving until they are old enough take the PADI Junior Scuba Diver or Junior Open Water Diver program. The PADI Seal Team program has a total of 15 ``AquaMissions``, but after the first five AquaMissions, participants become PADI Seal Team Members. Then, PADI Seal Team Members complete 10 specialty recreational and educational AquaMissions to become PADI Master Seal Team Members.
Some speciality AquaMission topics include snorkeling, photography, marine life identification, night and navigation diving, along with a variety of other specialties that are of interest to children. A multicultural team of animated young adults - with special talents and personalities - serve as role models and create a sense of team spirit to get kids motivated to dive. This is good clean fun and a healthy growth experience for today`s youth.
Participants can jump straight into the PADI Seal Team program or start after experiencing PADI`s Bubblemaker program. The PADI Seal Team provides a structured learning environment combined with enjoyable scuba activities. A complete range of flashy, kid friendly materials support the scuba activities. This stimulating program appeals to kids who crave adventure, seek the challenge of learning new skills and want to gain an appreciation for preserving the aquatic realm.
Upon completion of the PADI Seal Team program, kids may get credit toward the PADI Junior Scuba Diver or Junior Open Water Diver certification.
