Since April 2004, Muriel and Joop have been running the dive centre “Son Bou Scuba” (SBS), located in Son Bou (in the Centro Comercial San Jaime) on Menorca’s South coast. In the season of 2003 they also worked on Menorca and used this time to get to know the island and to find the best dive sites available.
Before Menorca, Muriel and Joop worked for 8 years in the Maldives as Scuba Instructors and Base Leaders. Their experience, combined with high safety standards and smooth organisational skills, will guarantee you a relaxed (diving) holiday.
At Son Bou Scuba the dive groups are kept small and experience levels are not mixed. This way, all divers get maximum enjoyment from their dive. There is always an experienced
Location description: More than 45 superb dive sites, strewn all over Menorca, are waiting to be discovered. Caves, caverns, vertical drop offs and coral encrusted reefs offer a wide variety of marine life. All viewed through 100 feet of crystal clear visibility.
Son Bou Scuba (SBS) is one of the few dive centres that have special permission to dive the Marine Reserve on the North coast of Menorca, with an abundance of protected fish life.
