The Oreanda Hotel was originally built in 1907 and takes pride of place in the heart of Yalta, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscape, the lush vegetation and the Black Sea; the Oreanda Hotel is within easy walking distance from all the resort`s other main attractions.
The building has its own unique character, charm and style; harmoniously combining its classical Russian decor with the elegance and comfort of a truly gracious and modern hotel.
Transfer time from the international airport in Simferopol is about two hour’s taking you through an abundance of spectacular scenery.
Having undergone extensive renovation and modernization, the Oreanda Hotel is in a class of its own, offering 114 bedrooms with 21 junior suites, 14 suites and 5 luxurious apartments, all equipped and serviced to the standards expected from a four star establishment. Each room is furnished to the highest of standards including modern beds with orthopedic mattresses, under floor heating in all bathrooms and foil air conditioning. The apartments offer an extra piece of luxury with their own sauna and Jacuzzi. All bed linen, blankets and pillows are made from the most up-to-date anti allergic materials. The Hotel has been redesigned to be self sufficient with its own water and electricity supplies, with the benefit of the cold water supply undergoing special treatment and filtration procedures in order to meet with the highest quality required by European standards. Each room within the Oreanda has zone lighting, cosmetic mirrors, dressing gowns and slippers, hair dryers, noise and dust protection systems and satellite television offering a variety of programs in seven different languages across 50 channels.
A modern system of security is operational ensuring the safety and security of every guest within the hotel. Each room is equipped with an electronic key lock, personal safe, fire control system and an emergency call system in case of an accident.

SINGLE STANDARD - Single room with an average area of 14 square meters. The width of the bed is 135 cm in 14 rooms, 110 cm – in 2 rooms. There is no balcony. All rooms have a mountain view. 715 uah
SINGLE SUPERIOR - Single room with an average area of 14,5 square meters. The width of the bed is 135 cm in 10 rooms, 140 cm – in 1 room. 5 rooms have balconies. All rooms overlook the hotel` s courtyard. 815 uah
DOUBLE STANDARD - Single room with an average area of 21 square meters. Two separate beds with a width of 110 cm in 13 rooms, double bed with a width of 160 cm – in 5 rooms. 2 rooms are supplied with chair-beds. There is no balcony. 1095 uah
DOUBLE SUPERIOR - Single room with an average area of 32 square meters. Two separate beds with a width of 110 cm in 28 rooms, double bed with a width of 160 cm - in 1 room. 23 rooms are supplied with folding sofas. All rooms have balconies. 1305 uah
JUNIOR SUITE STANDARD - Single room with an average area of 33 square meters. Two separate beds with a width of 110 cm in 13 Junior Suites, double bed with a width of 160 cm - in 1 Junior Suite. All Junior Suites are supplied with folding sofas. There is no balcony. 1305 uah
JUNIOR SUITE SUPERIOR - Single room with an average area of 37 square meters. Two separate beds with a width of 110 cm in 6 Junior Suites, double bed with a width of 160 cm – in 1 Junior Suite. All rooms of this category have either a balcony or a terrace. All Junior Suites are supplied with folding sofas. 1695 uah
SUITE STANDARD - Two-room Suite with an average area of 39 square meters and two bathrooms. The width of two separate beds is 110 cm each. All Suites of this category are supplied with folding sofas. There is no balcony. 1925 uah
SUITE SUPERIOR - Two-room Suite with an average area of 43 square meters and two bathrooms. Two separate beds with a width of 110 cm in 5 Suites, double bed with a width of 200 cm - in 5 Suites. All rooms of this category have either a balcony or a terrace. All Suites Superior are supplied with folding sofas. 2125 uah
APARTMENTS STANDARD - Three-room Apartments with an average area of 90 square meters. Bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi and a shower cabin with a Turkish bath effect. Each of two separate beds is 110 cm wide. All Apartments are supplied with folding sofas, a wide screen plasma TV set and balconies. 4735 uah
APARTMENTS SUPERIOR - Three-room Apartments with an average area of 105 square meters with a kitchen, bar counter and 3 bathrooms. There is a Jacuzzi and a shower cabin with a Turkish bath effect in one of the bathrooms. A double bed is 200 cm wide. All Apartments are supplied with folding sofas, a wide screen plasma TV set and balconies. Can be combined with adjoining Suite Superior into five-room Presidential Apartments.
