Company description If you are looking for a low key club that has a busy diving calendar and is friendly whatever your level of diving, then you have come to the right place... We dive every Wednesday and every Sunday, with a pool session on Saturday afternoon.
Diving is a very varied affair, locations such as Seahouses or Beadnell for the Farne Islands every month, Redcar, Boulmer, Loch Fynne, Tiree, The Redsea and Gozo all places we will visit during a busy year.
Family activity is a must with Barbeques on the beach in summer being the order of the day....If you have Children and want to bring them along no problem.

Bubble Maker - Let the kids have a go! A special Scuba treat for 8 to 10 year olds...
Discover Scuba - A discover scuba course is your basic beginnings to diving. The course is carried out in the safe confines of the swimming pool.
Openwater Diver - The openwater course is your passport to underwater adventure. The course includes classroom and pool work, (with some home study involved) and 4 openwater dives.
Advanced Openwater - This course is designed to extend your knowledge, skills and experience in the underwater environment, with guidance from your Instructor.
EFR - The Emergency First Response course is a basic but comprehensive First Aid training course, which covers cardiopulmonary resusitation (CPR) and emergency care. This is a prerequisite for the Rescue Diver course.
Rescue Diver - The PADI Rescue Diver course is designed to develop the skills and knowledge for divers to become effective and safe rescuers, well trained in the practical aspects of diver rescue, management and emergency care.
Divemaster - The PADI Divemaster is your first step on the professional diving ladder and your start of what could be a whole new career! Divemasters work throughout the world in PADI dive centres assisting instructors with classes, acting as dive guides and many other jobs associated with the recreational diving industry.
Instructor Development - It could be you! Battye about Diving can provide you with a proffesional learning experience during which you will be taught how to instruct diving using the International PADI system of diver education.
Speciality Courses - Speciality courses are the ultimate way to gain the skills and knowledge required to dive in specialised areas... So whether you want to be an underwater photographer or would like to learn how to look after your equipment, the opportunities are endless.
