Company description Direct Dive Gear are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ``Order`` and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Solocardt.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling Carriage and packing is chargeable on all orders under £300. We try to use the most cost effective method of shipping available, but items over £100 are always sent by courier for insurance purposes. Shipping is charged as follows:
-Within the UK and BFPO addresses:
-Items to a value of £50 - Shipping charge is £4.50
-Items from £51 to a value of £100 - -Shipping charge is £9.50
-Items from £101 to a value of £300 -Shipping is charged at £12.50
If your order is more than £300 excluding VATcarriage is free of charge.
-Rest of Europe:
Items to a value of £50 - Shipping charge is £10.00
-Items from £51 to a value of £100
-Shipping is charged at £20.00
-Items from £101 to a value of £300 -Shipping is charged at £25.00
If your order is more than £300 excluding VAT carriage is free of charge.
We aim to deliver your order right away and if the product is in stock you will normally receive your order within two business days from date of ordering. However, if items are temporarily out of stock it may take up to 7 days to receive your order. If the product will not be available in 7 days we will contact you and give you the option of changing or cancelling your order.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock and will not be available within 7 days, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Only direct dive Gear staff have access to your credit card and personal information.
All of our products are sourced from UK distributers.
Direct Dive Gear do not disclose buyers` information to third parties.
If any product is found to be faulty or defective upon delivery you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund (including postage fees incurred). All returns must be authorized by either telephone or e-mail.prior to being sent to us..
If a product is returned to us as faulty or defective and is subsequently found to be in good working order, we will return the product to you. Carriage charges for the return will be incurred.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within 7 working days. A full or part refund will be provided.. Please contact Direct Dive Gear to make a cancellation. If goods have already been sent carriage fees will be incurred.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
