TRY DIVE Minimum age is 15
This is an ideal opportunity to experience diving in the comfortable environment of an indoor swimming pool, with no obligation. The try dive is under the expert tuition of a PADI-qualified professional.You will learn the basic diving skills in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The training lasts for approximately one hour. All equipment provided.�


PADI OPEN WATER COURSE:� Minimum age is 15 This qualification is world recognised and PADI is the largest and most widely available diving organisation. The course consists of some self study where you work through a manual in the comfort of your own home. Then we have a classroom session to review what you have read comprising of some short quizzes and a multiple choice exam.When this is complete, we move into the pool sessions where you learn how to dive.After which the instructor will assess your pool work before moving on to open water where you will complete four dives. The course can be completed over a weekend (ask for details) or over a few weeks depending on your requirements.


PADI REFERRAL COURSE:� Minimum age is 15 Ideally suited for people who want to learn to dive on holiday but do not want to spend holiday time in a classroom or in a training pool. The referral course is an identical format to the OPEN WATER COURSE but with the four dives carried out abroad at your holiday destination. Just complete the home study, classroom work, and the pool sessions before your holiday to receive your referral card and on completion of your four dives, you will qualify as an open water diver.


PRIVATE TUITION:� P.O.A. Private tuition is available on a one to one and a one to two basis for all courses. Our prices will vary for the different courses and for the individual circumstances so please contact the dive shop for further details.�


PADI ADVANCED OPEN WATER COURSE:� Minimum age is 15 This is the next course up from the PADI OPEN WATER course and the next step in furthering your diving knowledge and experience. It will not only increase your confidence but will open up a wealth of diving opportunities for you. The course is comprised of some home study followed by a series of five dives. Two of the dives you will experience will be a navigation dive and a deep dive. The remaining three dives you will choose from a selection of adventure dives. Minimum timescale is approximately two days.�


PADI EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE COURSE:� Minimum age n/a ( This course is also open to non divers ) This course covers basic first aid and includes video tutorials and practical sessions. It is also recognised by the HSE as sufficient for an appointed persons credit for First Aid at Work Regulations. The duration of the course is 8 hours and requires no previous first aid training.


PADI RESCUE DIVER:� Minimum age is 15 Give yourself more confidence in your diving skills by completing the PADI RESCUE DIVER COURSE. Learn techniques to assist and ultimately rescue other divers in distress. This course will help teach you even more awareness of other divers and the underwater environment, and so is a welcome edition to the qualifications already gained.�


PADI DIVE MASTER COURSE:� Minimum age is 18 Completing the Padi Dive Master course is your first step to becoming a professional diving instructor. Course approximately three months.

Special courses: Night Diver� Open Water Diver or Junior Open Water Diver certification (or qualifying certification from another organization) Minimum age: 15 years old When you go night diving you`ll see a whole new world. Even your local dive site takes on a new personality at night, as many underwater creatures and plant life (different from those you see during the day) are active at night. You`ll learn night dive planning, organization, procedures, techniques and potential problems. You`ll also learn how to control your buoyancy, navigate and communicate at night. Since many of the plants and animals you`ll see are different, you`ll also get an introduction to nocturnal aquatic life.


Dry Suit Diver PADI Open Water Diver or Junior Open Water Diver certification (or qualifying certification from another organization) Minimum age: 15 years old If you want to see the spectacular and prolific aquatic life often found in colder water climates you`ll need to stay warm and that means a dry suit. But, you want to be trained in proper techniques and this is where PADI Dry Suit Diver Specialty course comes in. During your PADI Dry Suit Diver Specialty course, you`ll not only cover the background knowledge related to dry suit diving, you`ll get into confined water to put that theory into practice. Then, once you`ve mastered confined water, it`s time for two open water dives and applying that knowledge, including dive planning, organization, techniques, problems and buoyancy control.


Boat Diver� Open Water Diver or Junior Open Water Diver certification (or qualifying certification from another organization). Minimum age: 15 years old Through the PADI Boat Diver Specialty course, you can learn the techniques and procedures for diving from different types of boats. The more boats you`re diving from, the more diving you`re doing. As part of your PADI Boat Diver Specialty course, you`ll learn about:Boat diving planning, organization, procedures, techniques, problems and hazards Proper boat diving etiquette, including equipment storage and conduct Common boat terminology Specific and local boat diving laws and ordinances Overview of emergency and safety equipment needed on- private dive boats


Wreck Diver Adventure Diver certification (or qualifying certification from another organization) Minimum age: 15 years old The lure of exploring sunken vessels, airplanes and automobiles is something most divers can`t resist. The PADI Wreck Diver Specialty course introduces you to wreck diving and helps you develop the skills and knowledge necessary for safe and fun wreck diving. Information contained in your wreck diver program includes: The planning, organization, procedures, techniques, problems and hazards of wreck diving The preparation and use of lights, air supplies, special equipment, penetration lines and reels Limited-visibility diving techniques and emergency procedures.
