Company description Dive90Direct is a subsidiary of Dive90 Limited. Founded in 1990 (hence the name!) by Rob Newcombe and Mark Weston, we began operating from the humble surroundings of a farm building in Elmstone Hardwicke, on the outskirts of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. In 2002 total ownership of Dive90 Limited passed to Steve Ware & Kevin Harrison.

Just like your car, all your diving equipment needs to be properly maintained. Dive90 can service & repair just about any make of regulator, octopus, exposure suit or BCD. Our highly skilled engineers can assess the problem and make all the necessary repairs using only genuine manufacturers parts.
Behind the power of Dive90Direct we have dedicated staff using the latest bespoke software to ensure orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible. Having the best technology available is all very well, but is useless without the vast knowledge and experience that our in-house sales & technical team possess. All our specially trained team are available to help all our customers make the most of their diving experience with Dive90.
Dive90 also operates a full PADI 5 Star IDC dive centre, co-owned by Steve Ware and Kevin Harrison. From our premises at Knightsbridge Business Centre, we have one of the largest and most well stocked dive store in the South West.

Dive90 is a fully equipped and certified service centre for all the major scuba diving equipment manufacturers. We offer a cost effective service with a turnaround that is fast, but never compromises on quality or safety.

Selecting and purchasing the service appropriate to your equipment is easy. Simply add the service pack(s) from our servicing department to your basket and check out in the normal way.
Location description: Delivery of your order
The delivery of items purchased online from www.dive90direct.com is quick, efficient and direct to the address of your choice.
We endeavour to despatch all order received by 4pm the next working day.
Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be delivered next working day
Orders placed Friday will be delivered Monday
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be delivered Tuesday
An extra charge will be made for Saturday deliveries.
Dive90 Direct will process orders to postal addresses in the following areas; UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & other UK offshore locations. Unfortunately we cannot currently process orders for delivery to EU countries or worldwide.
In order to provide you with the best possible service, our standard delivery to most UK mainland addresses is by Citylink or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Very small, low value items may be sent by first class post. PLEASE NOTE: In all cases the total delivery charge, and your total invoice value will be shown in your shopping basket before you are asked to enter payment details.
All items delivered by Citylink will need to be signed for, but in most cases it need not be the person who ordered that accepts delivery. We can also deliver to a work address if no one will be at home. Please specify your delivery address at time of ordering.
We are unable to specify an exact time of day for delivery of your order. If no one is available to accept delivery at the specified address the package will be returned to your local Citylink depot. A card will be left with details to organise redelivery of your order.
Your order may be delayed if...
There are any unforeseen stock shortages occur. You will be notified by email or telephone if this is the case. If we cannot get immediate security clearance for payment of your order. We place the security of our customers paramount, therefore these checks are essential to combat fraudulent use of payment and address details.
