Company description At Invicta Divers, we teach the PADI method of Scuba Diving instruction.
PADI is the Professional Association of Diving Instructors , setting worldwide standards for the quality and content of instruction.
It means that you`ll experience using Scuba Equipment, and make your first dive, on your very first visit to the pool. We train in heated swimming pools in Swale, Medway and Gravesham.
You`ll study at home, in your own time and at your own pace, using step-by-step coursebooks and videos. Each objective is clearly stated, then explained, and theres a little self-test to ensure that you have taken on board the point being made. Your Instructor will review each section with you, and will be available to explain any items where you have questions or difficulties.
In the water, your Instructor will simply explain and demonstrate a skill and then you`ll just copy - its as easy as that. Once you have mastered one skill, you`ll be introduced to the next, and so on.
We enjoy diving, and we want you to share the same enjoyment by joining in with our sport. Above all, we want you to be safe, confident, and having fun !!

The Divery - Invicta Divers` Club
At Invicta Divers, we believe diving is about people. Its a very individual sport, and yet its a very social sport. So we recognise its about you, and your buddies.
The Divery is your opportunity to meet, dive and socialise with like-minded divers.
Read about Membership Benefits here
Divery Club membership is £30 for a year.
Why is there a membership fee ? The Divery is a not-for-profit club, run for the benefits of its Members, and funded by membership subscription. The club exists to encourage you to dive, and dive safely, not to flog you courses and kit, like some other ``clubs``.
We keep in touch through regular diving events and social gatherings, and with our electronic newsletter.
Whatever level you`ve achieved, as soon as you`ve got that buzz from your new diving certification, we`d like to help to get you wet and develop your diving experience.
We make regular forays into inland freshwater lakes and quarries and sea dives around the UK, both from the shore and from boats, and we`ll encourage you to join in and exercise the privileges of your diving qualifications, expand your horizons and extend your experience and, above all, have fun !
So why not join our club and join
in on all the fun ?
Location description: We conduct regular Diving Holidays for our Club Members, to locations such as the Red Sea, Gozo, the Costas..........
The focus is on Diving for Fun .
Our Divery Club Members have the opportunity of applying their diving skills in new and exciting environments.
We try to find diver-friendly locations which offer a range of challenges and excitement - be your interest wrecks, caves and caverns, night, deep, naturalist......
We strive to make our holidays affordable and the focus on fun diving, but allowing plenty of time for touring, eating, drinking, relaxing, (shopping) and revelling !!!
And there`s always the opportunity to extend your knowledge by doing additional courses while holidaying somewhere warm and blue !!
Typically Diving Holidays are for one week to ten days, so you can look forward to at least six days` diving, with two to three good dives each day.
We also arrange long weekend breaks in the UK, and diving trips in the UK, which may be for one or two days, with a stay away.
The Red Sea offers a spectacular combination of colourful marine life, ancient corals, reefs and wrecks, in a setting of all-year-round warm clear waters and deep blue skies. This is a diver`s honeypot ! The local people are so friendly and hospitable, and English is widely spoken. Diving is a crucial part of the local economy, and is protected both in terms of preservation of the environment, and the welfare and safety of visitors.
There is such a variety of local and international cuisine that you will not be able to sample it all in one visit. We keep going back because the diving and the relaxed lifestyle is superb.
We`ll begin our holiday with a flight from Gatwick to Sharm el Sheikh. We`ll be met at the airport for transfer to our Hotel. Dump your things with a quick unpack, then a dip in our hotel pool or a snooze on the sunbeds to wind yourself down into the correct pace for this holiday.
Our dive package offers us two boat dives per day, and opportunities for additional day, night and specialist dives. Air-fills, weights and weight-belts are included. We`ll do reef-dives, wreck dives, drift-dives, photography dives ... and every dive will be a spectacular naturalist dive.
One option not to be missed will be to dive the Thistlegorm, a supply ship sunk by an opportunistic German bomber in the second world war. This world-famous wreck still has its cargo largely intact - two steam trains, army lorries, motorcycles, rifles, boots .... and much much more. We are very grateful to previous divers who have left the wreck and its contents undisturbed - and we will do the same. In fact you will be diving in the Ras Mohammed Marine Reserve and there are strict no-touch, no-break, no-take rules, which we fully endorse.
More info about our holidays and places to dive you can find on our website.
