Company description We are a young and exciting dive school based in North London, teaching courses in North, South and West London. We have many years of experience, teaching in South Africa, Egypt, Australia and the UK.
Liquid Blu Diving specialize in PADI dive courses, with training done in the UK and the Red Sea, Egypt. As with all PADI courses, we can set them to meet your time needs. Uniquely, we can do theory training in your own home, to minimize traveling stress.
Since we’ve began in 2003 Liquid Blu Diving has had a close relationship with the chain of health clubs called Dragons Health Clubs. You’ll find us doing promotional evenings for diving in general, (videos and slide shows) as well as to promote the various activities we take part in, such as our training and trips abroad. Primarily, most of our courses are run at the Muswell Hill branch, but we also do courses in Northwood. It is our aim in 2005 to expand into a few more of the clubs within and surrounding London.
We have both the classroom and swimming pool facilities available for our courses, all in one spot. This makes courses easy and efficient, with no travel between classes and pool sessions. In addition there are clean change rooms, with hot showers, hair dryers, and lockers, to keep your valuables safe during the course.
Those of you who are not Dragons Health Club members and sign up for a course with us are entitled to a FREE one day trial at the club. You can take advantage of the club facilities, such as the pool, sauna, steam room, classes or working out in the extensive gym.
Just a short word on the training we do at Acton Swimming Baths in Acton (W3). In 2004 saw us expand and do dive courses in the west of London. Although we only achieved a small amount of our potential here, running just 4 courses last year, it also our aim to provide those of you on this side of town with a better and more frequent service. We will be posting up an annual schedule for Acton, so that you can take advantage of the various courses we’ll be offering. Again the facilities here boast a classroom and large pool in one spot. There is also parking available right across the road in a secure parking lot. Watch this space for more training in Acton!

Location description: Dive some of the best destinations in the world, from the Red Sea to South Africa!
For those wanting to complete their Open Water course or continue their training, and complete it in a weekend, the lake or sea dives within the UK are perfect. The lake and Swanage Pier provides great learning conditions and are just a short drive from London. The trips are run once a month from March to November. In addition we have a special trip planned to the small Cornish coastal town of Looe this summer. We’ll be diving on the battle ship called the Scylla, which should prove to be exciting.
Lake Trips
Trips to the lake take place roughly every fortnight. We use a lake near Heathrow airport. The lake is ideal for those wanting to do their qualifying dives for their Open Water Course. It offers perfect training conditions, not having to deal with waves, currents and long waits to get into the water. In addition it offers great conditions for doing Advanced, Rescue and Divemaster courses.
Swanage Trip
The trips to Swanage alternate with the trips to the lake (i.e. one month lake and one month Swanage) and offer a great alternative to the lake. The great advantage is that we don`t have to travel great distances to do some sea diving either from Swanage Pier or off the boat. UK diving has a lot to offer - the aquatic environment is quite different from that of tropical diving and boasts a large variety of life. The diving itself is also varied. We can do deep and shallow diving, as well as wrecks and drift diving. The trips take place over weekends, usually leaving on a Friday evening and returning Sunday evenings.
Looe Trip:
The trip to Looe is scheduled for the summer, when water temps and visibility are at their best. The further west down the Cornish coast one travels, the better the visibility and conditions get. Looe is a small Cornish coastal town tucked away with a quaint fishing and yachting harbour. Diving can be done from shore or boat, although the latter is usually the norm. There are some excellent dive sites dotted around Looe. In particular, 2 years ago now, a large navy ship was purposely sunk in the area to create an artificial reef. Already there is an abundance of marine life on and around the wreck. The wreck itself is also great to explore. This is a trip to look forward to!
Red See Trips:
The Red Sea is renowned for its warm blue waters and abundant sea life, so it is our aim to give you an experience you won’t forget! Although the holiday is essentially a diving holiday, whether it be for training or not, there will be other activities to take part in if you so wish. For example, trips into the desert, windsurfing, eating and drinking in the various bars and restaurants, and also very importantly, relaxing.
