This is where the adventure begins it is the first step on the ladder to being part of the beautiful underwater world. it is an evening course the time and date is by arrangement why not make it a family event and at only £20.00 p/person it will not break the bank, Come on try it. Scuba Diver
Referral Open Water
This course if where you do the theory and pool work at sceptre scuba school. Then do the open water section abroad (4 dives) over 2 days.
Open Water Diver
This is the beginners course. Covering the basic training and qualifies you to dive to 18 metres (4 days).
Advanced Open Water
After completing this course you will be qualified to a depth of 30M.This involves a Deep dive, navigation, night dive plus two more dives.
Rescue Diver
Here you learn search & rescue skills in a three day course. This takes you through emergency procedure management and also includes 4 dives.
Divemaster
The first step on the professional ladder. It covers safe supervision training and assistance instructors.

Scuba Rangers
Junior Open Water Diver
This is the same course as the open water diver programme for people 12 - 14 years old. Some modifications may be made by the instuctor to meet the academic needs of the younger diver.
Open Water Referral
This course if where you do the theory and pool work at Sceptre Scuba School. Then do the open water section abroad (4 dives) over 2 days.
Open Water Diver
Diving offers a lifetime of exciting adventure. Experience the thrilling sensation of flying underwater, and the wonder and magnificence of inner space. Explore exotic islands, colourful coral reefs, and the waters near your home. Excel at scuba and you`ll discover new friends, new worlds and a new passion for life. The ideal way to begin your adventure is with SSI`s open water diving course. Under the guidance of a professional SSI instructor, you`ll develop the knowledge and skills necessary to enjoy a lifetime of underwater exploration.
Advanced Open Water Diver
The next step in continuing education is the Advanced Open Water Diver Level. A student who has completed a total of FOUR Speciality Courses, plus logged a total of 24 dives, can qualify for this prestigiousrating. By combining training plus experience, a diver who reaches the Advanced Open Water Diver level can be assured that they are truly advanced. A diver who reaching this level of certification who will have completed Level 3 of the total Log system.
Master Diver
This special rating is available to divers who are Master of the sport. Any advanced Open Water Diver who completes the stress and rescue programme in addition to four speciality courses for a total of FIVE courses,will have completed the academic requirements. The diver must then complete Level 4 of the total log system by logging 50 total dives, to complete the experience reqirements. The combination qualifies a diver for the master diving rating.
