You will always talk to a diver when you call us, not just someone in an insurance office
We will email your certificate so there is no chance of you not receiving it before you go on holiday, unless you phone us from your departure gate....(and "Yes", it DOES happen).
Or we will email or fax the dive centre you are diving with in the U.K. or abroad. We don't charge a penny for credit or debit card payments for your policy, and ALL our prices INCLUDE insurance premium tax (IPT)...some don't tell you until you receive your credit/debit card statement!!!!
We will always have the time to talk to you, without obligation, and answer your questions (however trivial you may consider them)...if it's important to you...then it's important to us!
