Company description If you have ever wondered what diving is like, or you are already a certified
diver, this is the place for you. Forget long walks carrying diving equipment, all our schools are located right on the beach. What`s more, we`ll pick you up from your
hotel to come diving with us.
Buddy Divers has three diving schools, all situated right on the beach just a short step away from the swimming pools. Food and showers are also available. Over the years Buddy Divers has gained an enviable reputation because of its customer service and quality of instruction. People go back to dive with Buddy Divers time and time again.
We offer courses:
*Open Water
This is the first of our internationally approved courses which lasts 4 days. It includes pool sessions, theory, an audio-visual show, all equipment and four open water dives.
*PADI Scuba Diver
An alternative to the Open Water course is the PADI Scuba Diver course. Especially useful if you are running short of time, this 2 day course can be credited towards the Open Water course.
*Adventure Diver
The Adventure Diver will give you the confidence, skills and experience to take your diving to a new level. Complete three specialty dives which can be credited towards your Advanced Open Water Diver certificate.
* Advanced Open Water
This 2-3 day course expands on the knowledge and experience of the Open Water Course. You will go on a deep water dive and enhance your navigation skills, as well as three other specialty dives.
*DiveMaster
Take the first steps to become a professional diver and learn how to assist in the world`s most successful and progressive diver programmes, plus organising diver trips and much more.
* Rescue Diver
3-4 days of rescue techniques are combined with four theory lessons and lots of simulated recoveries. This is probably the most rewarding course.
* Emergency First Response
Useful for all the family and necessary for divers who wish to be involved in rescue work but who have not yet gained knowledge of CPR and First Aid.
*Specialty Courses
There are a number of these courses available and include night diving, diving on wrecks, nitrox, search and recovery.
Referrals Save time! Do your theory and confined training at home, then come to sunny Cyprus to complete your course. (Don`t forget to bring your referral forms signed by your instructor.)
* Scuba Review
Feeling a bit rusty? The Scuba Review is a quick refresher course for those who would like to brush up their skills.
For qualified divers we can offer a number of Specialty Courses, including:

Location description: The most favorite dive sites:
*Zenobia wreck
In 1980, while sailing from Yugoslavia to Syria, the 172-metre Zenobia sank near Larnaca harbour in approximately 40 metres. Novice divers do not often have the opportunity to dive on a large wreck, and there is so much to explore at 20 metres. For experienced divers there is easy access to the bridge, through some of her decks and one can still see many of her cargo of one hundred articulated lorries. Schools of barracuda circle divers during the dive. The Zenobia has been voted one of the top 25 wreck dives of the world.
*Akrotiri Fish Reserve
The Akrotiri Peninsula is on the eastern side of Limassol Bay. In water depths of 5 to 25 metres, there are fascinating areas to explore.
*Local Dives
There is such a variety of sea life to be found at Amathusia, Meridien Bank or Chain Bank, all dive sites close by the Buddy Divers` schools.
