Company description At the Crest Dive Centre, our facilities are second to none in Limassol. We boast hot showers, a multimedia, air-conditioned classroom environment, and Internet access point, as well as lockers to store dive gear, and a handy drinks machine for those in need of refreshment. We also have a newly refurbished and expanded retail shop stocking the latest dive gear, and offering tax free shopping for our visitors.
At Crest we try to make your dive experience thoroughly enjoyable, from the moment you book with us, to the moment we drop you back at your hotel. We aim to cater for the entire family, both divers and non-divers alike. All of our programs have an option for the non-diving members of your family to take part and also have a memorable holiday.
Crest Dive Centre takes safety very seriously, and insures that each instructor is hand picked to cater for all levels, from the complete beginner, to those with years of diving experience. As a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center, you can be sure Crest Dive Centre not only meets all of the standards of a PADI 5 Star Dive Center, but also offers the full line of PADI Instructor-level training. Crest offers the diving public programs to fulfill their educational goals from entry-level training up through instructor-level certifications.
Being awarded the PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center rating acknowledges Crest Dive Centre as a progressive PADI Dive Center which excels in providing divers with a full range of dive education programs, equipment selection, and experience opportunities, and that we actively promote aquatic environmental awareness.
Being a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center, means Crest is active in the local Limassol community, presenting a professional image consistent with, or better than, the norm. We embrace the PADI System of diver education, and are committed to providing all of our customers with quality products, services, and experiences.
Having a PADI Course Director on staff only helps to confirm Crest Dive Centre`s commitment to offering the highest quality instructor development programs and continuing education opportunities to our customers. By offering PADI Instructor-level training, and continuing education opportunities, Crest Dive Centre has taken on the responsibility of developing the PADI Instructors of the future.
And Crest Dive Center isn`t just about training. We also offer a variety of full and half-daydiving adventure safaris along the Cyprus coast, designed for the whole family. Not the least of which is an all day diving expedition to the world famous wreck of theZenobia, in Larnaca harbour.

The Crest Dive Centre RYA Powerboat School is proud to be the first commercial operation in the Republic of Cyprus to have been accredited with the Royal Yachting Association Powerboat School rating.
*Powerboat level 1
Introduction to boating techniques for launching and recovering a boat from a road trailer, everyday boat handling and the use of safety equipment.
*Powerboat level 2
Provides the skills and background knowledge needed by the competent powerboat driver and is the basis of the International Certificate of Competence.
*Safety Boat
Two day course for those who use powerboats to provide support and safety cover for other watersports such as sailing, windsurfing and canoeing. It includes rescue techniques and elements of race management and mark laying.
Location description: When diving in Cyprus, the area around Limassol offers the widest variety of diving environments in Cyprus. These range from diving sites with gently sloping, close in sandy bottoms, to carverns and dramatic offs, and include a number of wrecks.
*Twin Rocks
A 15-minute boat ride from Tombs brings you to a another fascinating site. Twin Rocks is a 21 meter dive, and has an abundance of marine life, ranging from octopus to moray eels. A blowhole can be found on the eastern most rock along with caves.
*Tombs
Only 10 minutes from Sharks Cove, Tombs is what the locals believe is a series of man-made caves resembling ancient tombs.The dive site has a series of caves, the first can be found at 13 meters and is penetrable if the divers have the proper qualifications. The second cave is found at 9 meters and has a large variety of marine life in and around it.
*Sharks Cove
Just around the corner from the Akrotiri Fish Reserve, Sharks Cove has been made popular due to the variety of marine life along the wonderful reef wall. In addition, a number of short swim-through tunnels make this an unmissable site!
*Akrotiri Fish Reserve
A relaxing 30-minute cruise on our custom-built dive boat will take you to the Akrotiri Peninsula, where you will dive in the Akrotiri Fish Reserve. This dive site has a large variety of marine life and wrecks. You will see a submerge helicopter and fire engine, and further along there are even some cannons and a speedboat. And of course, being a fish reserve means there are a phenomenal number of fish to keep you entertained!
*Cars
The Limassol diving community have spent hundreds of hours constructing an artificial reef and hideaways. Along with the naturally occurring sea grass covered mounds, this work has meant this once nearly barren region of Limassol Bay now teams with sea life. The Cars dive site is now home to a wide variety of sea life, including crustaceans, mollusks, octopus, and numerous species of fish, including stripped grouper and angler fish.
*M.Y. Diana
Only a 5-minute boat ride from the dive centre, ``Diana`` is a 12 meter wreck, which went down in rough seas. Most of the items that went down with the yacht can still be found along side her. This wreck offers a range of marine life including a resident moray eel who keeps an eye on things. The wreck sits in 21 meters of water.
