*The Zenobia Wreck About 10 minutes by boat from Larnaca, the Zenobia is a Swedish roll on roll of ferry that sank in 1980. With the top of the wreck at 16 metres and the sea bed at 43 metres, the wreck offers scope for the sport diver to the most experienced diver. The Zenobia had 104 articulated lorries on board when she went down and many can still be seen along the holds and rear decks of the wreck. There are also many species of fish and marine life to be seen. *H.M.S Cricket/Ormidhia Wreck Believed to be the wreck of H.M.S Cricket, a World War 1 River Gun Boat. The wreck is 65 metres long with a beam of 13 metres and lies in 30 metres of water. The crystal clear clarity means that the dive boat is still visible from the bottom. *Dhekelia Jetty About 20 minutes from Larnaca. An unused conrete jetty that offers easy entry and exit from the water. The jetty is the home of a large variety of marine life and an armoured car! With a maximum depth of 5 metres this is an excellent dive for the less experienced, or those wanting a long easy dive. *Tunnels & Caves A very popular dive site. We usually start and finsh the dive through a blow hole which leads to an underwater playground of caves, tunnels and pituresque scenes of bubble as they escape from the rocks and tunnels. This is a magical dive to remember. Maximum depth is 16 metres. *Chapel Rock Don your equipment at the Fisherman`s Chapel and follow the steps down to the entry/exit point at the mouth of the cave. Here, a ceremony is held each year to bless the sea and ask for the safety of the local fishermen. Just off the cave, the sea bed drops to approximately 30 metres. Follow the wall and choose your own depth. The dive ends with a swim through a small cave to the dive exit point. A variety of marine life can be seen here, even turtles!. *Sheep Dip Approximately 30 minutes from Larnaca. Enter the water from the beach or from the rock (the sheep jump off!) A very scenic dive with numerous small fish, sponges and octopus. There are some small caves and a natural stone arch. An excellent dive for the photographer. Maximum depth is 12 metres.
