Company description ABUCS Scuba has had the pleasure of offering a professional dive charter operation on the St. Lawrence River for the last 10 years going into our eleventh season, accommodating every level of diver from newly certified to technical and re-breather.
We have grown from our single dive boat, the Helen C, to a fleet of 3 dive boats each one serving the particular needs of our customers.
All our boats have Transport Canada approved safety equipment and an on-board oxygen kit with fully trained and insured staff.
Unlimited shore diving available right across the road from the Dive Brockville Adventure Centre - perfect for training, with a classroom available to all instructors, along with shower and change facilities for you and your students.
It was about time to give the Shop a new face-lift. Thanks to Dave Sheridan for his hard work in bringing the Shop to life! His artwork makes the Shop much easer to find, and has been quite the conversation piece for the down town area. We are now the

Location description: Diving in Brockville can be considered warm(er) diving for its geographical location. Brockville is known for its lack of thermocline, warm summer waters, and good visibility, making the diving experience that much more enjoyable.
Late Summer Diving can bring water temperatures up to 75+ degrees, and divers enjoy the St. Lawrence in only 6 mm farmer johns. Both drysuit and wetsuit diving can be experienced in Brockville depending on the time of year. Early spring and late fall dives are most commonly enjoyed in a dry suit, but can be done in full 6 mm wet suits with both hoods and gloves
The Helen C is a 30` custom built, pontoon, dive boat and easily accommodates 12 divers. She underwent a complete refit last spring and now sports not one, but TWO brand new 4-stroke Yamaha motors plus many other upgrades to make her an even better diving platform. The Helen C is a Transport Canada Approved Passenger Vessel which allows her to take walk-ons so whether you are a single diver, a group of 2 or 12 we can take you out diving. As long as we have 2 divers minimum for a 2-dive charter, the boat will go out 7 days a week. At weekends, the Helen C offers a morning and afternoon 2-dive charter each day.
The Emily C is a 40` Riverqueen house boat accommodating up to 20 divers - group bookings only. She features an upper sundeck for sunning and relaxing between dives, 3 seperate areas for gearing up, a fully enclosed cabin for complete protection on those days when the weather does not cooperate and an all important on-board head. She also has an awesome custom designed ladder that allows divers with doubles or rebreathers to walk right up, back on board.
The Emily C also runs 7 days a week. Book her for a 2-dive charter or for the day.
