Company description Welcome to the Adventure Scuba website. We are a PADI 5 Star Dive Center located in Novi, Michigan. We cater to everyone from the beginner diver through professional scuba training certification. We also offer wreck diving trips aboard our own dive boat to many Lake Huron sites.
Adventure Scuba has been training and serving divers since 1996. We offer a full program of scuba dive training and day trip diving at some of Michigan`s finest wreck sites. Our travel department grows every year - come join us on one of our great trips. At Adventure Scuba you will find a complete stock of quality scuba diving equipment and accessories.
At Adventure Scuba are goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We keep our boat charters and classes small to accomplish this goal. Whether you are looking to further your scuba knowledge, get the latest gear or dive the wrecks of the Great Lakes; Adventure Scuba is here to take care of all your SCUBA and snorkeling needs.
New Equipment
We carry the latest BCD`s, Regulators, Computers, Masks, Fins and accessories from manufactures such as Sherwood Scuba, TUSA, Aeris, XS Scuba, Akona, OMS and Poseidon. We also stock a full line of wetsuits and drysuits from BARE, O`Neill and Akona.
Equipment Service and Repair
Is your equipment due for its yearly servicing? Have a free flow problem you need fixed? Let our fully certified technicians help you maintain your valuable equipment the right way. We stock a complete line of all replacement parts for quick service. All repairs are handled on a timely basis with satisfaction guaranteed. Rush repairs and maintenance is also available.
Air Fills
Adventure Scuba provides you with clean, oxygen compatible air fills. Nitrox fills up to 40% are done by a certified blending technician. We stock a large quantity of 80 and 72 cubic foot tanks in our rental department.
Rental Equipment
Don`t own gear yet ? No problem, we have a full rental department including BCD`s, Regulators, Wetsuits, and Tanks. Our equipment is well maintained and ready to dive.
At Adventure Scuba, we are committed to giving our students a high standard of diving education. We keep classes small and use highly experienced and enthusiastic PADI instructors. A good diver never stops learning and our team enjoys teaching all levels of diver from novices up to divemaster/assistant instructor. We offer SCUBA training from recreational level to technical diving with PADI, TDI, SDI and DAN certifications. Our classes run 6 weeks, 3 1/2 weeks and 1 weekend allowing you to fit dive training in your schedule.
Location description: The Captain and Crew of the Adventure I, a 27` Chris Craft Commander, specialize in introducing Divers to the Shipwrecks in the Underwater Preserves of Michigan. The Vessel is inspected by Michigan Dept. Natural Resources and Certified for six passengers. Captain is Coast Guard Licensed. DAN Oxygen Kit on Board. We use ports of Lexington and Port Sanilac to visit the Sanilac Shores Underwater Preserve. Only a 90 minute drive from Detroit and a short boat ride to some of Michigan`s best wreck diving. We utilize Harbor Beach, Grindstone City and Port Austin to visit the Thumb Area Bottomland Preserve. We can also provide service to the Straights of Mackinac Underwater Preserve.

Adventure Scuba runs group trips several times a year to various dive destinations. Our students sometimes decide to do their class and pool work here and finish the Open Water portion while on vacation with us. Check back here for current and up coming travel dates. We require that each diver purchase dive insurance to participate in group travel.
