Company description IT`S A DIVE is a PADI 5 Star Gold Palm Resort. We are dedicated to quality customer service. Our goal is to build customer loyalty by being the best family scuba diving, snorkeling, and watersports operation in the Florida Keys.

Our Key Largo dive boats provide twice daily scuba and snorkeling trips to the Key Largo National Marine Sanctuary, often referred to as John Pennekamp State Park. If wreck diving excites you, we take scuba divers to the, Duane, Bibb, and the Spiegel Grove. The Islamorada operation takes divers and snorkelers to the Florida Keys Marine Sanctuary with a flexible schedule to meet your needs.
Our instructional staff teach all of PADI Certification courses from Open Water through Divemaster and a wide selection of specialty courses. We offer a full line of the latest scuba equipment for sale and rent.
When you are not scuba diving, come enjoy our other watersport activities. We offer parasailing, waverunners, kayaking, paddle boats, and aqua-cycles for the enjoyment of the entire family.
IT`S A DIVE can also plan that special occasion for you on the water or underwater weddings, private party cruises, and private scuba diving and snorkeling trips in the Florida Keys.
IT`S A DIVE is a 5 Star PADI Dive Center located here in the beautiful Florida Keys. We offer the highest level of scuba instruction available. Whether your goal is simply to ``try it`` by taking the PADI Discover Scuba Diving and diving for the day, to become a recreational diver and explore the undersea world, or to enter the ranks of diving professional , IT`S A DIVE can help you. All of our staff instructors hold advanced PADI scuba instructor ratings and all are Medic First Aid Instructors. Our staff teaches over 23 PADI specialty scuba diving courses. We are eager to help you advance your scuba skill and knowledge.

Our expanded inventory of Seaquest BC`s, Suunto Dive computers, AquaLung regulators, and Henderson wetsuits offer you great selections for any budget. For those on a tight budget we also sell used scuba gear from our well maintained rental equipment.

It`s A Dive is a full service water sport facility dedicated to making your stay in the Keys fun and enjoyable for the whole family.
You can go parasailing on our very own parasail boat, Hang `em High, to heights of 800 feet above Black Water Sound.
Maybe you would like to ride one of our Wave Runners around the bay. Each will ride two or three people and are a great way to cool off on a warm day.
For the more energetic we offer kayaks or an aqua-cycle to explore Blackwater sound or to simply get out on the water for fun and enjoyment.
Location description: IT`S A DIVE is located at the Marriott Key Largo Bay Resort, Mile Marker 103.8 Bayside in Key Largo, Florida. We hope you will consider a visit to Key Largo and diving with IT`S A DIVE as you make your upcoming vacation plans. Hurricane Wilma visited most of South Florida in late October, 2005. Key Largo in general and IT`S A DIVE in particular were very fortunate suffering only minor damage and flooding. After a couple of days of cleaning and putting everything back in place, IT`S A DIVE is fully operational and ready to serve you.
Scuba Dive Florida Keys Reefs & Wrecks From
Pennekamp Park to Alligator Light: We Dive It All!
Our boats leave the docks of the Marriott Key Largo Beach Bay Resort twice each day weather permitting. Check-in for the morning reef trip is 8:00am with a return about Noon. Check-in for the afternoon trip is 1:00pm with a return about 5:00pm. Each trip takes scuba divers and snorkelers on a two site trip to the Key Largo National Marine Sanctuary, often referred to as John Pennekamp Coral Reef StatePark. We visit the world famous Molasses Reef as well as French Reef, the Elbow, and Key Largo Dry Rocks, home to the Christ of the Abyss. If wreck diving excites you, we also take scuba divers to the Benwood, Duane, Bibb, and the Spiegel Grove.
The USS Spiegel Grove is a 510 ft. landing ship dock lying upright in 140ft of water. Much of the wreck lies between 70ft and 100ft. We do both dives on the Spiegel Grove with a one hour surface interval weather and currents permitting.
The US Coast Guard Cutters Bibb and Duane are 327 ft. Treasury Class cutters. The Bibb lies on its side in 130 ft. of water with the centerline at about 110 ft. The Duane is upright in 130 ft. of water with deck at about 100 ft.
It`s A Dive offers Dive/Stay packages in partnership with the Marriott Key Largo Beach Bay Resort, and Ocean Pointe Suites in Tavernier. Simply select the lodging you desire and match it with a multiple dive trip deal or instruction.
The minimum requirements are two nights lodging and at least one Three Reef Trip Deal or scuba instructional class for each diver in the group. For stays over four nights divers must purchase Five Reef Trip Deals or extended instruction.
As you consider your lodging options, please note that It`s A Dive`s operation is located at the Marriott. Ocean Pointe Suites location is 12 miles south of It`s A Dive. We do not run a boat out of Ocean Pointe however it is centrally located between Key Largo and Islamorada for your other holiday plans.
Rates are higher for holiday periods. Lodging availability can be limited at all locations on short notice. These packages must be purchased through It`s A Dive. Book early for your best success!
