State-of-the-art retail showroom
As soon as you enter our facility, you will notice our huge inventory of snorkel and scuba equipment and gifts and accessories of all varieties. You will also be greeted by our interactive kiosk, which is linked to our web site and other sites, such as travel destinations we visit or product lines we offer. Sign in at our kiosk and you will be added to our mailing list for upcoming E-mail newsletters and other news we send to customers regularly. You can even print out the pages of our web site you want such as class schedules, upcoming trips, etc..
Never been diving? Be sure to try out our “Virtual Reality” 3-D headset located in the retail area of our store. It is the next best thing to being under the ocean without even getting wet!
You will be amazed at the beautiful indoor pool located in our facility which is used for swim instruction, parties, and most importantly, scuba training. The pool is always open and is a comfortable 86 degrees so you never get chilled.
SWIMMING LESSONS:
“Learning to swim is fun” our classes are very unique and held in a private setting so there are no large crowds in the pool.
Lessons are offered year-round. Times range from 10am to 6pm, Monday - Friday. Select hours are also available on Saturdays.
Private Lessons:
•One-on-one instruction. You choose what days and times are most convenient to you (subject to availability). Learn basic swimming skills, diving, or advanced competition techniques.
•Cost: $35 per Ѕ hour lesson. Prices subject to change.
Semi-Private Lessons:
•Two-on-one instruction. You or your child can learn to swim with a family member or friend obtaining the same swimming ability.
•Cost: $40 per 40 minute session. Prices subject to change.
Small Group Lessons:
•Three-on-one instruction. Split the cost with a friend or family member.
•Cost: $42.00 per 40 minute session. Prices subject to change.
Location description: Middle Tennessee Scuba and Swim is a 8,600 square foot state-of–the-art scuba diving retail and training center conveniently located near Interstate 65 and the Cool Springs Galleria in Franklin, Tennessee. Our facility features a retail showroom, party room, classroom, 50 x 30 indoor 12’ deep heated pool, repair center, and compressor.
Come on in to our modern, state-of-the-art dive center. Scuba divers, snorkelers, swimmers, or all “wannabees” are greeted warmly and welcomed as soon as they arrive by one of our professionally trained staff.

According to DAN (Divers Alert Network), over 30% of dive accidents and emergencies can be attributed to divers using unfamiliar, ill fitting or poorly maintained equipment. Be a safer and more comfortable diver and let MTSS help you select the equipment that best fits your diving profile, personal needs and budget. From the occasional recreational diver to the technical diver, we can design a package for you at competitive prices.
AQUA KIDZ / CIRCUS SWIMMING
•Aquatic fitness class for ages 4 and up who are every comfortable in the water. beginners should take swimming lessons first.
•Class size: Minimum 6, maximum 10.
•$55.00 for 4 - 45 minute classes, $90 for 8 - 45 minute classes.
•Offered mornings and after school
•Class includes: swim instruction, swim team type drills, aqua fitness/water aerobics for kids with music, games, team cooperation learning, SASY (Supplied Air Snorkeling for Youth), snorkeling.
•Different activities each session to hold child’s interest while they build endurance and strengthen muscles.
AQUA BABIES
•Water adjustment with parent in the water.
•Minimum age - 7 months
•$56 for 6 - 40 minute classes.
Aquatic Group Fitness Classes
•Great for healing hearts, hamstrings, and headaches!
•All ages and fitness levels, especially Senior and special populations
•Include: shallow and deep water workouts at your pace, low impact stretching and strengthening.
•Great for team sports, training, golf flexibility.
•Monday-Thursday from 11am-1pm.
•$8.00 without lunch, $16.00 with lunch
Cost
•$150 per month. Payments are due one week prior to the first class. Payments will not be deposited until the minimum class size of 10 is met. Advanced payments will be returned or can be used for private lessons in the event that minimum class size is not met.
