Company description The Staff at Test The Waters has dived around the world. You will be led by a Dive Master or Instructor on all our trips and enjoy the company of some great people.

Here at Test The Waters we have the largest selection of rafts, canoes and kayaks in the Interior. We carry all the boating accessories you need for any adventure.

Test The Waters was first known for its scuba shop, and for good reason. We are Interior Alaska’s Scuba Center. We carry a large selection of gear on hand, along with all the rental gear you may need. Stop by today to find the next new gadget for your next dive.
Our Scuba school is well-known, teaching PADI classes from open water all the way to instructor IDC. Visit our School Section for more info.

Our camping section is designed to help our boaters get out into the Alaska bush. We carry many items that are specific for those people looking to paddle the river, lakes or oceans of Alaska. The winter selection at TTW is designed to help you stay active this coming winter. We have a large selection of Red Feather and Crescent Moon snowshoes, along with Salmon and Fischer X-Country Skis. So come by the shop and stay active this winter.

Location description: Curaçao, Dutch Caribbean
Curaçao is located in the Southern Caribbean and is famous for its rich underwater world. Above water, however, it is also breathtakingly lovely.

It takes about 20 minutes to reach Lions Dive & Beach Resort from Hato airport and about 5 minutes to reach Willemstad from the resort. Willemstad, with its original colonial architecture, is on the Unesco World Heritage List.
Lions Dive & Beach Resort, located directly at the National Curaçao Underwater Park, has its own private beach with plenty of palm trees, lounge beach chairs and beds, beach huts and sunshades. It is also very friendly for children; children can play at the beach and in the sea in shallow water. Lions Dive`s private beach connects to Curacao`s largest white sand beach named `Sea Aquarium Beach` (popular Mambo Beach), with several beach shops, bars and restaurants on walking distance.
Galapagos
The Galapagos Islands are located 600 miles west of Ecuador and offer some of the most spectacular wildlife found anywhere in the world.
Nowhere else on this planet will you find penguins which live on the equator (The Galapagos Penguin) or iguanas which swim and feed in the ocean (The Marine Iguanas)! Because these islands have only recently been invaded by man, the literally 1000s of animals that inhabit these islands have never learned to fear us. This means that you can literally walk right up to hundreds of blue-footed boobie birds, red-footed boobie birds, masked boobie birds, albatrosses, penguins, land iguanas, marine iguanas, lava lizards, sea lions, fur seals, red-chested frigate birds, flamingos, finches, tropic birds, lava gulls, giant tortoises, and flightless cormorants.
