Company description The Buccaneers is a light-hearted club for divers who want to meet other divers, share adventures & socialize.
Non-diving family members and significant others are welcome to participate as social members.

Membership:
Membership is open to all certified divers and non-divers. Dues are an affordable $2500 per year for certified divers. Additional members living at the same address with a certified diver are FREE.
Annual membership is based on a January – December calendar year. Membership for new members joining mid-year is prorated on a quarterly basis.
Officer Descriptions:
The Buccaneer`s Dive Club gladly accepts offers of help and leadership wherever we can find it. Therefore, we encourage our members to express their skills and interests. We will happily adjust our officer descriptions to tap into as much help as we can. As such, the positions may change from year to year to accommodate member talents. Buccaneer officers are not paid or reimbursed for the time that they donate to the Buccaneers’ Dive Club. Current descriptions include:
*Navigator
Provides overall direction and guidance for the club. Responsible for confirming upcoming meetings with the Edwardo’s restaurant, ICSSD club representative, assists in facilitating monthly meetings, helps to define the annual calendar of events, and lends a hand with monthly speakers as needed.
*Master
Head dive coordinator. Assists in defining the dive calendar, shares knowledge of local dive locations, as well as other destinations, and is involved in encouraging advanced diver training and safety.
*Guardian of Quill and Abacus
Handles all the paperwork related activities for the club. Responsible for the creation and distribution of the monthly newsletter, membership applications, membership roster, and lending library listing. Oversees that newsletters and other materials are posted on the Buccaneers’ Web Page. Assists in facilitating monthly meetings, helps to define the annual calendar of events, monitors the Buccaneers’ e-mail address, and lends a hand with monthly speakers as needed.
*Pirate
Handles all the money.
*The Parrot
Master of the Web - Publish and upload the newsletter to the web - Forward newsletter link to the paid members.
Location description: Buccaneer meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month, beginning at 7pm, at Edwardo’s Pizza located on the southeast corner of Milwaukee Ave. (Rt. 21) & Dundee Rd. (Rt. 68) in Riverside Plaza. We encourage your patronage of Edwardo`s ... Reasonably Priced and meals are available throughout the Meeting.
