Company description
The purpose of the Cave Diver`s Forum is to provide a place on the internet for civil discussions of anything cave diving related. Our site is not a place to learn how to cavern or cave dive. Our site contains plenty of comments, stories, reports, and opinions. Be careful, responsible, and mature, both in your posts and how you use anything you read.
Our forum is intended to be an open, liberal and unbiased forum, but the owners, moderators and sponsors reserve the right to edit and/or remove any message or graphic that break the following rules:
1 .No hacking or repetitive messages.
2. No posting messages intended solely for solicitation.
3. No obscene or offensive language.
4. If you want to know a policy of sorts from one of the cave diving organizations, contact them direct. They are not under any obligation to monitor this forum. Any responses you get on this forum may NOT be representative of cave diving organizations.
5. No retailer listings on the Gear Page.
6. No personal opinions or endorsements (negative or positive) about other individuals, cave diving related businesses and organizations.
7. No obscene or inappropriate pictures and/or graphics for the message or gear forums. No copyrighted (unless yours) graphics uploaded. This rule applies to usernames and avatars.

Here is aome of the available Cave Condition Reports:
*Anderson Spring
General Location: Caves of the Suwannee River Basin
1998 Sampled Flow: 62.1 cfs
Dive Status: Clear - Discernable positive flow, and reasonably clear
Current Conditions: Very strong flow at entrance. Vis 20ft., lines in very poor condition.
River Cave, although sidemount configuration not required, it is suggested. Really high flow, with lot`s of branching passages.
*Bonnet
General Location: Caves of the Suwannee River Basin
1998 Sampled Flow: 40 cfs
Dive Status: Clear - Discernable positive flow, and reasonably clear
Current Conditions: The outflow is quite noticable and the visibility averages 25` to 30`. Don`t count on penetrating much further than the 4-way split(p1865`) on doubles.
Clear, silty cave with passive flow. Beautiful cave and features. Access is controlled by Peacock State Park. You must register with the park ranger before diving. Only two teams are allowed per day.
*Charles Spring
General Location: Caves of the Suwannee River Basin
Dive Status: Clear - Discernable positive flow, and reasonably clear
Current Conditions: 30ft vis slightly cloudy but diveable.
Sidemount configuration required. Small entrance, small cave. Very silty and considered dangerous by some. This is a very advanced sidemount dive. Do not go in here if you are not prepared to deal with zero visibility throughout most of the dive
*Convict Spring
General Location: Caves of the Suwannee River Basin
1998 Sampled Flow: 6.3 cfs
Dive Status: Clear - Discernable positive flow, and reasonably clear
Current Conditions: Flow, looks clear. New owners, not sure if diving is allowed.
Sidemount configuration required. Small, silty, and low flow. Considered an advanced sidemount dive. Permission required to access system.
*Edwards Sink/Spring
General Location: Caves of the Suwannee River Basin
Dive Status: Clear - Discernable positive flow, and reasonably clear
Current Conditions: Flowing like crazy - VIS about 20`
Silty passages. Difficult, vertical entry. Considered an advanced dive.
*Fanning
1998 Sampled Flow: 101 cfs
Recreational open water checkout site.
*Luraville Spring
General Location: Caves of the Suwannee River Basin
1998 Sampled Flow: 6.7 cfs
Dive Status: Unknown - No current report on conditions
Current Conditions: Last update 11/04: Clearing with higher than normal flow in some of the upstream passage. This improved visibility to 40` in the upstream area.
Sidemount configuration required. Lot`s of low, silty passages. Considered an advanced sidemount dive. Very limited access through private property, must contact property owner prior to dive. Very advanced cave dive. Property owner requires that divers be sidemound certified.
