Company description 150 Members and Growing!
The MetroWest Dive Club (MWDC) is dedicated to promoting fun, safe diving, and introducing and familiarizing members with new dive sites. We are committed to encouraging good relations with our coastal neighbors through courtesy and good diving etiquette, and getting involved with community activities.
The MWDC is not affiliated with any retailer, vendor, or manufacturers. We are a large group of sport divers with a wide range of scuba diving interests. Club members can help direct you to the many training classes locally available.
MetroWest Dive Club meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Framingham. Meetings are free and guests are welcome... divers and non-divers alike. MWDC meetings start at 7:30 pm but members often meet socially at the bar from 6:30 to 7:30pm.
The Metro West Dive Club has a Boat Diving Program that charters dive boats throughout the New England area. The MWDC Boat Charters are open to all members within the constraints of the Boat Diving Policies. We maintain a list of Dive Boats frequently chartered by MWDC members.
The beginning of each year a new schedule is worked out by interested club members and the Boat Dive Coordinator. The schedule usually runs from May to September, however we also do some winter Boat Dives during the cold weather months!.
Location description: Club Meetings
Meeting Dates: Second and Fourth Tuesdays of the month.
Time: Social Time 6:30 - 7:30 - Meeting starts at 7:30.
Format: General club business meeting, a short break, and then the scheduled Speaker/Special Presentation.

The MWDC Weekly ``Date At Eight`` Shore Dive
The Date at Eight is a Saturday morning dive rendezvous at the Burger King, just after exit 19 on Route 128 in Beverly. It is a convenient meeting spot for divers en route North to Cape Ann. The Winter season). We offer a designated Club representative to group up all would-be divers, with or without buddies, members and prospective members alike. They then plan the day`s diving activities, program is not only to provide a buddy resource for those who may otherwise not be able to find a buddy that day, but to introduce prospective members to the Club and promote the camaraderie so important in binding our Club together.
