New scuba divers will find the Dive Sports showroom the perfect place to shop. We always have full-time instructors on duty to answer any questions you might have. Our new showroom includes our new diver boutique, where all of the personal items a new diver might need are located in one centralized location. You simply cannot find a larger selection of masks, fins, snorkels, and the other items necessary to begin you scuba diving adventure. Of course, as is the case with everything we sell, you can get much more for you money as a new scuba diver at Dive Sports Scuba. Our larger training facility allows the new diver to learn in comfort. Our dedicated classroom provides an excellent place for presentation and individual study. All student divers get the benefit of prescription training by our full-time PADI instructors. Dive Sports is a full service PADI Retail Dive and Training Center. Obtaining this distinction means that you can expect the quality, service, and professionalism necessary to meet the retail center requirements of PADI, the largest scuba certification agency in the world. We take pride in our association with PADI, and we work hard to uphold the strict standards necessary to be a PADI Affiliate. Our dedicated training room provides the right atmosphere for the beginning diver to learn the vital skills of diving. Experienced divers taking continuing dive education classes will find our selection of training tapes and reference materials to be quite refreshing. With full time dive instructors always on duty, you will always find an instructor there to assist you with questions you might have as you complete your home study for that upcoming dive class. And with full time instructors on the staff, scheduling dive classes at unusual times is easy at Dive Sports. Our dedicated equipment repair room is well stocked to provide you with the service necessary to ensure that your diving equipment is trouble free. Our selection of repair parts is complete and equipment repair turn-around time is usually not more than 24 hours. Our custom-designed tank service bay provides a complete wet bath area for cleaning cylinders for oxygen service, a capability essential for Enriched Air Nitrox users.
But our pride is our state-of-the-art tank fill area. The system begins with our brand new North American Hypres three-stage air compressor. No post-World War II surplus stuff here! Air is channeled to our custom designed and built breathing air distribution consoles, where it is put directly into the customer`s cylinder or stored on one of our three 1800 cubic foot breathing air banks. With storage at 5000 PSI, we are able to provide full fills every time, even on the high-pressure steel cylinders so popular with divers today. Our enriched air Nitrox production capability is the best in the area. With cascaded oxygen and a custom air mixing panel, we are able to deliver Nitrox quickly and closer to desired analysis than other systems. In addition, we have full capability to fill both 30 minute and 60 minute S.C.B.A. cylinders and the most popular paint ball cylinders. So drop by our store and let us show you around.
