Teaching the art of diving since 1978, Divetank has over 27 years of diving experience. Our family-based business has certified over twenty five thousand students through PADI.
There's the father (Ota Sr.), the mother (Cheryl), the two brothers (Richard and Ota Jr.) and their sister (Susan). They are all PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) instructors and active divers.
To make your shopping as easy as possible, Divetank has taken extra steps:
*We've arranged flat-rate shipping: $9.95 for any order with an additional $10 for air delivery.
*We respond to all questions by the next business day, no matter how complex.
*We are continually improving our website to make your shopping experience as simple as possible.
*We have a 24-hour payment line so you can make your payments by phone.
Divetank wants to be sure that you are happy with every order. We have a 4-step procedure that starts the moment you place your order and ends when you verify that everything is to your satisfaction.
1. Experienced technicians check all orders.
2. Details are confirmed. 90% of the time, if there are any potential sizing or compatibility problems, you will be contacted to confirm sizes.
3. Design engineers are consulted. If there is a sizing issue, they will contact the manufacturer's engineers to make verify that your product will fit.
4. Multiple suits are sent. If we're still unsure, Divetank will send 2 suits out, so you can send back the one that doesn't fit as well!
We stand behind all our manufacturers' warranties. Our close relationships with our suppliers like Bare and Apollo allow us to handle the exchanges and repairs for you. Plus, once you're a Divetank customer, you get customer-only access to exclusive products from our suppliers.
