Some info about courses:
In order to start scuba diving, you need scuba diving certification and scuba training. Hollywoodivers can train you for all phases of scuba. Do you want to become a SCUBA instructor or just get certified for fun? Hollywoodivers can do all those things. We certify through several different certifying agencies; PADI, NAUI, and TDI. Most of the classes are in groups of four or more people. Bring some friends or make new ones. Start dates are variable from online courses to the regularly scheduled group classes.
The scuba diving course includes diving from a local Southern California beach, certification fees, and use of tank, BC (buoyancy compensator), wetsuit, regulator, and weight belt. You will need to purchase a few things like books or online training code, mask, fins, snorkel, boots, gloves, and a cold water hood.
Cost: $275 The (optional) class boat fees average between $58 and 135.00 per day.

- 3 chip High Defintion Digital Video Camera with Gates Housing $700.00/day or $2100.00/week
- Gates Housing only $500.00/day or $1500.00/week
- 1 chip high Def Digital Video Camera with housing $500.00/day or $1500.00 /week.
- housing only $350.00/day and $1050.00 /week
- Nikonos 5 35mm still camera with strobe $55.00/day or $225.00/week
2) SCUBA equipment
- Regulator with gauges and octo $12.00/day
- BCD $12.00/day
- Dive Rite BC $20.00/day
- Tank $10.00/day Alu 80 or st 72
- Wetsuit $12.00/day 5 or 7 mm
- Weight belt or weights $5.00/day
- We rent DUI Drysuits $45.00 for the suit with inflator hose and $20.00 for the under wear.
- Drysuit certification is required for drysuit diving.
3) Studio Rentals
We have specialty items such as hookah hoses and dive floats that with make your shoot go more smoothly. We are also located 10 minutes from Universal studios backlot Water Tank. Delivery to and pick up from the set is available for $100.00 extra per round trip.
- 25 foot Hookah hose $25.00/day
- 50 foot hookah hose $55.00/day
- Inflatable dive float $20.00/day
4) Fittings by appointment
Check this out. This something a large chain store would never do. You need to block an hour or so of our time to do a private fitting? We can do that for you. We cater to many busy people and if you have odd hours, reserve your own private store for only $50/hour. Must be before 9 AM or after 7 PM 7 days a week. If you spend more than $500.00 get the $50 back in store credit towards other goodies you will need.
