Company description Boarding any dive vessel with diving equipment, fins mask snorkel tanks and regulator along or with any skin or scuba diving paraphernalia constitutes you are a certified scuba diver and have been trained to skin or scuba dive and are either national or internationally certified to wear and use the equipment, and is your intention is to skin or scuba dive and understand and acceptance of all the risks of the ocean boating and diving. If you have misrepresented your experience or credentials you have waived all right to sue for any reason.
Tank Rentals: All tank rentals are delivered to the Wahoo,
the rental must be guaranteed with a credit card and any lost
of the tank or valve or water damage in the tank the customer
will be charged for a new tank or the full amount for repairs needed.
Daily local trips within 20 miles of Fire Island inlet are $80 credit card payments/ $75 discount for cash or check per person. Deeper dives encounter longer runs and the prices will vary according to distance from Fire Island inlet and the length of dive and time at the site location.
You will need to bring all necessary diving equipment to make the scheduled dive plus your sleeping bag and other personal items. According to trip, meals may be included.

Sport Divers feel that the Boats we dive from should be Captained by properly licensed CG merchant marine officers, and operating within the boundaries of Federal, State and County Laws.
The shooting of migratory marine birds is in Violation of Federal Regulation Code 16 USC-703, By a witness statement, such shooting of protected species of marine birds has taken place aboard the Dive Boat Eagle`s Nest, and by it`s owner/operator.
The dive community, is also aware of the following allegations:
The illegal possession of hand guns in NY by the non resident Captain, unsafe shooting of firearms on a USCG certified charter boat, the use of high powered rifles, shooting with another boat present at a wreck site, allowing divers to make deep penetration dives without the proper equipment or experience which resulted in a divers death, falsification of diving qualifications and experience, Such actions, will not be tolerated by the North East Diving Community!
Anyone having knowledge, or, has witnessed the above allegations, is urged to contact local Police authorities, US Coast Guard and US Fish and Wildlife.
These activities are a safety risk to divers, passengers, others on the water and possibly on shore.
The shooting of marine birds is a disgrace, and a dive boat is no place for illegal guns, high powered rifles and unsafe shooting. The continuation of such activities, by this marine operator and his associates, can result in injury or death.
It is up to all legitimate, honest, concerned divers, to help end this threat to safety, harm to the reputation of diving and the breaking of the law.
