Company description Welcome to the Sundiver. If you want to experience the best in Southern California diving, you are on your way. Here, you can plan your next trip on the Sundiver and get a preview of what is to come.
If this is your first time diving Southern California you WILL be impressed. The diving is world class. Visibility at the islands averages 50 feet and can exceed 100 feet.
Swimming through a kelp forest is spectacular. Many compare the experience to flying through a forest of trees with all of the birds replaced by fish.
Here is your chance to learn about the boat, its destinations, Southern California diving, how to schedule your next trip with us and of course, how to get here.
The Sundiver is available for charter. You can charter the entire boat for a special day of diving for your group. This is a great way to visit your favorite spots or to discover new ones. Groups can have up to 26 passengers for day trips, and 22 passengers for overnight trips. Tanks are included on all trips.
Have you been reluctant to charter a full boat because you are not sure if you can fill it?
While it`s great to charter a boat since you can select your dive sites and save some money, we realize it might be out of reach for some. Now you don`t have to charter the whole boat to select your dive spots and get a discount.
When you get a group together you can select the dive sites and/or receive a special group discount. Depending on the size of the group you will receive a discount or select the destination and dive sites. If your group is big enough you get both!
If you have a group of eight or more you will get a discount and/or select the destination. The details will vary some depending on the date in question.
Location description: Santa Barbara Island: sea lions, nderwater arches, bay rays and reef fish. 4-5 hours
Catalina Island: walls, reefs, wrecks, kelp, divers marine life. 2-2,5 hours
San Nicolas Island: huge bugs,rich marine life. Barren above but Thriving below. 6-7 hours.
Farnswors Banks: Purple Hydroocral Pristine Marine Life. 3 hours.
San Clemente Island: Underwater Caverns, Walls and Canyons. Excelent Vizion, Topgun and Huge Fish Populations. 4-5 hours.
