Company description Bill Keen pictured on the left is the lead instructor and president of Bill`s Dive Locker. Born in Florida, the ocean has been a large part of his life. He started teaching scuba in 1989 in Mannheim Germany and has been teaching full time in Hawaii since 1999. Bill is a PADI IDC Staff Instructor and NAUI Instructor.
Brett Carlson pictured on the right is a self m100893ade man with a national company located in Minnesota. Brett learned to scuba dive in Maui. Brett is high on energy and brings his business knowledge and enthusiasm to the company. You can always expect to see Brett in the water when he is visiting Hawaii.
Location description: Hawaii offers some of the most exciting and diverse diving in all the world. Oahu - the ``gathering place`` - is our home of world-class SCUBA diving. From a SCUBA diver`s perspective, Oahu has 4 distinct regions - North Shore, West Shore, South Shore and the Southeast Shore.
Each region offers a different dive experience and has its own unique character. As such, each offers a different dive experience. While other dive companies focus on specific sites, we at BDL dive all 4 regions. Because of this, you will experience the best conditions and diving on Oahu. As well, you will also be able to dive a different region every day while on your dive vacation.
