Did you always want to try Scuba diving?
Here is your chance!
When you discover scuba diving, you discover excitement and adventure – freedom and serenity. Nothing compares to the ``weightless`` exhilaration of breathing underwater. Only a diver knows the feeling!
The PADI Discover Scuba Diving program at Abyss Scuba Diving lets the non-diver experience the thrill and adventure of scuba diving under the supervision of a PADI Instructor in ideal conditions. During your adventure, you`ll master some basic concepts and scuba diving skills before heading off on an open water dive.
During your Ocean dive you will have the chance to feed fish, maybe even the Blue Groper. Depending on conditions you may be given a look at the weedy seadragon that the area is so famous for.
So if you are a non-diver and would like to experience this new world then book today.
Your ocean dive takes you as deep as 12 metres! (Of course this depends on where you dive.) The Discover Scuba Diving experience is a great way to get a head start on your PADI Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver certification. That’s because the skills you complete during your adventure may credit these certification levels.
Check out the dates that are available to you.
Cost of the Course only AUD$150. If you enjoy scuba diving then this get you a AUD$60 rebate on either a PADI scuba diver course or a PADI open water course.
Come and dive the legendary Solitary Islands, where tropical fish from the north mix with their cousins from the cooler south. An area so diverse in marine life it is not unusual to discover something new every dive adventure. The dives will vary from the caves and gutters of Grey Nurse Sharks to lush coral gardens.
If you are a certified diver but it`s been a while since your last dive, the PADI Scuba Review is the perdect refresher course for you. Scuba Review helps you tune up your diving skills without having to repeat the entire scuba course. It reacquaints you with diving so that you`re back to feeling comfortable in the underwater world in less than a day.
After completing the Scuba Review, your instructor will document in your logbook your participation in this program. This shows dive centers, resorts and dive boats that you have updated your skills. You will also gain renewed confidence to once again enjoy the fun and adventure that is unique to scuba diving.
Scuba Review includes a classroom session and pool review session with a Abyss Scuba Diving Profecional Staff. You will tune up important diving skills such as buoyancy, breath control, equipment assembly and breathing from an alternate air source. The afternoon includes a ocean dive to review ocean diving procedures and to enjoy the underwater environment.
