Company description Tusa Dive offer a 4 day Learn to Dive Course, which is comprised of two days pool and theory training at a modern, purpose built training facility, followed by 2 one day trips to the outer reef. You can Learn to Dive in the clear warm waters of the Great Barrier Reef. This course provides you with a PADI International certification, professional training and personalised service. Your course includes:

You can enjoy the benefits of diving the Great Barrier Reef with nitrox. A PADI Nitrox Course can be completed with Tusa Dive in 2 Days. `Nitrox` or `Safe Air` is a N2/o2 gas mix with an oxygen content between 22% and 50%. The Benefits of `Nitrox` or `Safe Air`:

*Cleaner than normal air from a reputable air fill station
*Less than 0.5mg/cubic metre condensed hydrocarbons
*Prepared by a certified gas blender

Tusa Dive offer their two ``State of the Art`` vessels for exclusive Great Barrier Reef snorkel and scuba diving charters. The M.V. Tusa III and the M.V. Tusa IV have the capacity to carry up to 44 passengers on each vessel. Both vessels are a comfortable 20m in length and can maintain a cruise speed of a swift 20 knots to carry guests to an extensive range of reef and island locations along the northern reaches of the Great Barrier Reef.
When not diving, there is opportunity for hand line fishing, paddleboarding, and snorkelling.
Tusa Dive also has a small library of resource books, board games and a selection of movies to watch.
Location description: Diving the Great Barrier Reef best sites in and around Cairns. In the 2,000 km expanse that is the Great Barrier Reef, Tusa Dive is the dive tour operator in Cairns who has the most modern fleet of purpose built dive vessels.
Daily Tusa takes divers and snorkellers to the most spectacular sites for the maximum number of hours on the outer great barrier reef. In a day you will visit two magnificent sites chosen as the days best from Tusa Dive`s range of 21 moorings. At any one site you may explore vast coral gardens, walls drop-offs, caverns and isolated pinnacles with an array of colourful marine life.
You`ll leave the crowds behind you as you cruise at twenty knots and reach the Outer Great Barrier Reef, within 90 minutes from Cairns. You`ll be only one of a handful of dive enthusiasts aboard one of Tusa`s large comfortable dive vessels.
Each vessel is a specially designed, dedicated dive boat with state of the art navigation and communication equipment, on board compressors, spacious back deck areas and transoms that open onto water level platforms for easy entries and exits.
