Company description Beluga Diving Limited consist of four Shareholders, Huib Kuilboer from Holland, Sybil Kuilboer (Lazarus-Raharuhi) from New Zealand, `Esitimoa Afuhia from Tonga and Wendy McIlroy from America USA.
Beluga Diving has been established in Tonga since 1991, we originally started our Dive Operation in Holland in 1987 and then moved to the South Pacific in New Zealand in 1990 and then finally settled down in Tonga in 1991.
We would like to take this opportunity to tell you about our Dive Operation in the South Pacific of the Kingdom of Tonga.
Our Dive Operation is located at Fangafoa Marina in the capital of Vava`u, called Neiafu.
Tonga has a lot to offer the world with its beautiful Coral Reefs that stretch over fifty different dive spots and there is still a lot more to discover. The visibility is between 25 meters (82 feet) to 40 meters (131 feet) and the Water Temperature is between 240c (74F0) to 280c (84F0).
We are a PADI dive centre #6531 operation associated with Australia (Pacific Asia); we offer a variety of all Recreational Diving and Dive Courses, from Discover Scuba Course to Dive Master, Snorkel Trips, Dive Charters and Rendezvous Diving. We also offer Whale Watching, Equipment Rental, Kayak Hire, Mooring Hire for yachts on a daily bases or long term stay and Tank Fills.
Our Dive operation has 2 boats, MV GLADIATOR, a 34-ft Catamaran aluminium boat with a cabin that has Twin 100 h/p 4 stroke Yamaha engines and this boat can take up to 12 divers comfortably and travels at 25 knots and MAD MAX: is our runabout boat and also our boat to take out Open Water students, this boat can take up to 6 divers comfortably and travels at 19 knots.
Dive Equipment
We have Aquanaut and Sea Quest B.C.D.`s and Regs. with Octopus and SUUNTO dive computers. Our Dive Tanks are Aluminium; the sizes are 10 Litres (85-cubit ft) and 12 Litres (95-cubit ft).

Location description: Located in a perfect area, right on the waterfront of Fangafoa bay in the capital of Vava`u called Neiafu. With Foot-Loose Yacht Charter and The Moorings Yacht Charter our next door neighbors.
You can take a nice little stroll into town, which is only 5 mins from our Dive Centre.
With our 2-story building, we have the most magnificent view of Talau and Port of Refuge from the top floor.
All PADI Dive Classes are taught from the top floor.
We also have a small shop where you can buy small dive equipment accessories and locally made and printed T-shirts and Lava Lava`s.
With our smiling receptionist to greet you as you walk into the building she’ll be more than happy to help you with the diving information that you may need and if you’re not interested in diving she can help you with any other information that you may require.
BOTTOM FLOOR
The bottom floor is where we start all our dive training, dive trips, whale watch trips, snorkel trips, boat charters, boat tours, rental equipment, dive equipment maintenance and tank fills.
Sharks tooth named for the residential White Tip Reef Sharks that cruise at the bottom of the caves.
There are three openings joined by a 16.5 meter (54-ft) tunnel gives access at 13.5 meters (44.5-ft), inside are numerous chambers of which two are above sea level. It is full of big eyes and has several schools of cardinal fish. Usually a Cray can be spotted in the large chamber. Catching the Cray’s is discouraged as thoughtless divers who put stomach ahead of brain have depleted the population.
Swallows Cave
The attraction of this dive is the 20-meter (66-ft) pit with spectacular back lighting through the entrance. Divers may exit through a small tunnel under the entrance sill and some out on the 40 meter (132-ft), which always has good, smaller fish cruising by.
