Company description After diving almost everywhere in the world, we are happy to present Tonga as one of the world`s best divespots. Sharks, grooper, turtles, dropoffs, caves and everything else a diver can expect, you will see here in the untouched Tongan waters.
Every year Humpback whales pass through Tongan waters and we dive right with them. But do we need to say more? Come and have a look for yourself. Our friendly Team, under German management, will satisfy your diving appetite all year round.
We are located on Tonga`s main island ``Tongatapu`` in Nuku`alofa, the Kingdom`s capital city. Our dive boat ``Deep Blue I`` starts the Divesafaries and Daytrips from Faua Jetty warf here in Nuku`alofa.
For divers woh want to stay on or around Tongatapu we do daily 2 tank dove trips including lunch and afternoon snack. Divers who would like to go to Tonga`s other Islandgroups, can join our Divesafaries.
We also offer accomodation for divers and nondivers.
DIVERS LODGE is surrounded by a beautiful huge tropical garden, where you can relax and have a cold drink on one of our shady verandas.
Our diving center is equipped with a complete and modern workshop for diving equipment.
Two fillingstations provide the divers with unlimited air.
The 20 metres high VHF antenna guarantees a permanent contact with the diving boat.
DEEP BLUE I`` is a 50 ft. offshore steel motor vessel,
that will be driven by a 6 cylinder, 120 PS strong Forddiesel engine.
For your comfort there is a sundeck, freshwater shower, toilet, kitchen etc.
It was built in 1977 in Mercer/Neuseeland and till1996 it was a tug boat in the harbour of Auckland/Neuseeland.
Today as a diving boat it is permanent equipped with its own compressor (Bauer) and 30 12L Alutanks.
There are 15 complete equipments on board.
Diving computers are obvious inclusive.
Location description: We have now opened the
DIVERS LODGE in Nuku`alofa to also serve our costumers with full accomodation which includes kitchen facilities. The Lodge is situated in Fasi, only a few minutes from the town centre.
Daily transfer to the
harbour - MV ``Deep Blue I`` and back to the lodge for our divers are included in our rates. Bar-b-que and special dinnernights on announcement.
Arrangement for Tonga night in the National Center twice per week.
DIVINGSAFARIS OFFERS
1. Ha`apai Tour
7 day boat trip from Tongatapu to several Ha`apao Islands.This Tour offers you unlimited diving at fantastic untouched reefs.
2. `Eua Tour
2-7 day boat trip to `Eua Island with unlimited diving around `Eua and Kalau Island.
Explore the `Eua Island by car or horse.Spectacular dropoffs and caves at these completely untouched reefs. Many explorer dive. The mountainous Island `Eua with its tropical forest invites you also for an Island Explorer Tour.
We have our overnightstand at the new built ``Hideaway Resort``. Price includes full catering and accomodation on board and at guesthouses.
This Tour is perfect for groups with divers and nondivers because of the activity pssibilities on `Eua. There`s much to see for anyone.
3. Kelefesia Tour
First Day to the Hunga Island Group, second day to Nomuka Island and third day to Kelefesia. Fourth day journey back to Tongatapu.All days unlimited diving..
Hunga and Kelefesia are unhabited Islands and we will sleep on board or in tents on the Islands with a beach barbeque.
On Nomuka you will find a very interesting small village (without any electricity and cars) and a lake in the middle of the island.
