The novice Canadian diver died by accident
A tragic death of Robert Ray Jr. appears to be an accidental drowning said Sgt. Scott Beard on Tuesday.
According to the investigation, the equipment used by novice diver who drowned a few days ago during his checkout dive at Cultus Lake in Canada was in proper working order.
The investigation still remains active.
