Puerto Rico tourist dies after resurfacing
James H Timber, 48-years old tourist died after completing his dive in Puerto Rico off the island of Vieques.
His friend, Fabiola Aretes who lives on Isla Verde said diver complained that he is "out of breath" after resurfacing. He then collapsed and died on the boat.
When paramedics arrived at the boat it was too late.
An autopsy will be performed to establish the cause of death.
