13-year-old boy has become a rescue diver
Jonathan Whitehouse has become one of the youngest rescue divers in the world. He took his PADI open water certificate as soon as he reached the minimum age of 12 and then started advanced open water course which involved practising in emergency first response techniques, a day of skills training in the closed swimming pool and a day of diving in open water with a few emergency scenarios.
Jonathan now is able to provide support to PADI diving instructors, give courses to students and take part in PADI programmes.
