Diver has been hit by a boat on Malta
26-year-old diver from Zurrieq, has been hit by a boat yesterday while diving off L-Arax in Mellieha. This happened at about Noon time. The local resident called for help and man was airlifted to hospital. According to doctors, diver has serious but not life threatening foot injuries.
The local press wrote that it was the second accident in the last few weeks. There was another one in Gozo recently.
